Michael was SO incredibly helpful!! I was so stressed out about unpacking and organizing in my new (much smaller) apartment and he was amazing. He not only helped me unpack but he organized and folded my clothes and we came up with a plan for how to store everything; he even helped me find something as a second hanger for my closet so I have tons of extra room. He was on time; incredibly efficient; and a pleasure to be around. I'll definitely use his services again and recommend him to all of my friends!
My office/work area was cluttered and disorganized with papers, books and general stuff after a remodel. It was so overwhelming to me and I could not use the space. Emily came in started organizing "the stuff" as I went through papers. She then created files for all the paper stacks and put things in their place. It was such a relief to get it all done in a matter of hours with her help. I was able to start using the space that day!

Our parents’ have been living in their home for over 40 years and not surprisingly have accumulated a lot of stuff. They needed help in reducing the clutter and making the home more accessible and safe for my father, who now walks with a walker. We went to Thumbtack to identify vendors. Results at Last was the only one we felt met our needs, had strong experience and reviews, and was within our price point. (We were not looking for the lowest cost provider.) We selected Results at Last after having talked with 2 other vendors not on Thumbtack. We went with Madison, because we appreciated her grasp of the situation, her candid feedback on what she thought was possible, and her flexibility in how we could work together. We’ve had four sessions with Madison so far. We’ve enjoyed working with her and are pleased with how the sessions have gone . We appreciate Madison’s style, which is a good fit for us. She’s very relatable. She took her time in talking through with my parents how she would approach the project and in different areas in their home, at the same time sharing some of the techniques she uses with clients. She’s positive, encouraging, and constructive. She’s flexible in her working style and is very aware of how the client is feeling and handling the process. She adjusts her approach as the needs arise. To date, my dad, with Madison’s help, has successfully cleared his things in several areas of the house, identifying those things he’ll keep and those he’ll recycle, donate, shred, or throw out. They've also held a session to go through the garage and made great strides in clearing it out. They are steadily making progress on the overall project and have a commitment to continue with the work and at a pace that is comfortable for the family. Madison is well aware that this process can be a stressful one for people and takes a thoughtful, supportive, and encouraging approach.
Pat worked hard to win the business then worked tirelessly to execute upon it under a tight schedule. Our scope of work was not well defined which led to problems. She worked with us to re-define a workable scope of action in phase two, then delivered again as promised. Her deliverables and customer service skills were first-rate. Omar is a hard worker and a great resource. We had him install 2 new bathroom vanities, including faucets and plumbing. He is a true professional and knows the job inside out. He also installed a medicine cabinet, and a couple of overhead cabinets in both my bathrooms. His pricing is fair, and his workmanship is stellar. Two thumbs way up. Highly recommended.
