- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my pricing is very fair, it also depends on the scope of work as every customer needs are different. I as an owner I like to meet the customer and walk the facility prior to giving a price. I want to ensure everyone of my customer is heard and receive an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of working with a new customer is first and for most listening to what they need and scheduling an appointment to meet and discuss the janitorial needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the janitorial industry for over 30 years.
