- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the project and how much time spent. However, I have a base price for one hour private trainings and group classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact with the client, find out what issues or problems they would like to work on or what they would like to learn. Discuss training options and pricing and see what fits best for them to get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read a lot and researched a lot on new training techniques, I meet with other trainers and talk about issues and get new ideas and perspectives. I renew with the AKC each year and keep up with all new Canine Good Citizen programs and changes. I do the same renewal each year for both Therapy Pets Unlimited and Foundation for Service Dog Support.
