Jay is not only a great martial arts instructor but more importantly to me - he helps kids understand important life lessons. He talks to his kids a lot about being responsible and holds them accountable. He is a rare find.Apr 19, 2015
My three children have been training with Jay since they were five years old. Now that they are becoming teenagers, they look to him for physical training but also as a life coach. Jay teaches self discipline and respect as he coaches. My wife and I have been training with Jay for the last one year. We have trained with Jay for fitness, self defense, kickbox, and jujitsu. Since we enjoy working with him, we have also scheduled our own private family classes with him. I learn something new each class and have fun at the same time. I have lost over 40 pounds in the last one year.Mar 2, 2015
I started training with Jay approximately three months ago. I've lost 10 pounds, I am more flexible than I have ever been in my entire life. I feel great, have lotsmore energy and I look forward to going to the next class. The best thing I did in 2014 was to join All Sport and work under sensei Auen.Feb 28, 2015
I've been attending Allsport since I was five years old; that's almost thirteen years now. And there still isn't a class where I don't learn something new. Not to mention all the life lessons and self discipline Allsport has caused me to accumulate. Jay and Gina really do have an amazing program. And now we share an amazing gym with battle control, which makes everything even better. So over all I would definitely recommend you come train with us.Feb 27, 2015
