- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive due to my small size and lack of overhead. I also don't have packages so that you only have to pay for what you need.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have what some would call a creative bug. If I have a free day I am usually crafting or creating something. There are so many different types of crafts and skills out there and I want to try to learn them all. This drive has created many years of homemade gifts as well as many home crafted parties. My passion for creating unique and over the top parties I owe to my mother. Every year she would create the most amazing parties for both my sister and my birthday. The idea that no party needs to come out of a box has driven me to always be original. I have worked in the event industry for 5 years now in many different roles. From wedding photographer, catering, event management, event design, and florist. I have a passion for events and always love a good creative challenge.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done many different sizes of events from a large 300 person gala with three arrangements per table to a small gathering with just a couple low arrangements. I have even done an event where I did not even use flowers but all artificial plants and decor. The moon is the limit and I love a creative challenge. I also love helping brides with just a few details to take the load off of their DIY wedding.
