We had a black tie holiday party at Elementum in Mountain View on 12/12. I only had one response to my request for flaming cherries jubilee and creme brulee that was willing to do what I wanted. In addition, Joseph brought two small chocolate fountains, one milk, one dark. The dippers were on sticks in a lovely arrangement. The decadent chocolate miso spoons were next to the uplit chilled display containing kiwi, mango and other various beautifully delicious dessert shots (these are small so guests typically enjoyed two or three throughout the night). His cheese, bread, cracker display was also top notch. My only regret was that I did not display a menu. Crescent City Catering worked with me to match our casino royale theme and exceeded expectations! They could not have been better, everything was magnificent!

It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. Joseph was responsive to my questions and concerns. He was quick to reply to my texts and emails. We had submitted a prelim menu and he made other suggestions. Even made children's menu and extra desserts. The food was delicious, the desserts were amazing. The grilled chicken teriyake was made to order and it was so good everyone devoured them quickly. The kids ended up eating the adult foods and the kids food were mistaken for appetizers. No fault on Joseph part. Something to improve on would be more food for late comers. We will definitely use Joseph again on our next event.

I contacted Joseph for a small catering event at my Company. Everyone was impressed by the professional set-up and Display. The food (Creme Brulee and other sweets) was divine! I was pleased to work with Joseph and have him be flexible to my schedule and needs. Would totally use again.
