FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, as a draftsman/designer I encourage our team memebers to stay up to date with the changes not only on the software but also with the changes on the codes. We receive constant information about materials and new programs to facilitate the visualitation of the projects sus as Revit Architect, which is the 3-D desing software of the future in our days.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Design and build go hand by hand. I graduated from the University of Guadalajara, MX. and started as a junior architect in 1989 then I moved into the supervision and cost control of the projects. I have done construction most of my life, I've done hands on work myself and I have found plans with minimun information where the contractro has to figure and resolve the problems on the field that's why my plans are so detailed.
