I had Jennifer give me a massage right after the Nike Women's marathon. It was THE BEST decision I made. I believe because of her great massage therapy I was able to recover more quickly from the event and not be as sore as I thought I would be. I prefer really firm massages and she was able to accommodate for that. I had other friends who were also massaged by her and I know they don't care to really firm pressure so it was great that she could accommodate all these different requests.

I saw Dessi after a week working on a film in San Fran that took a toll on my back. I'm a believer in massage therapy and have had some great massage work done. Her approach was the most unique and intuitive I've experienced and the best results I've ever had from a massage. Easily the best massage therapist I've been to. I can't wait to get back to San Fran for another appointment with her.

I am so glad I went here instead of none of those massage chains. Lots of personal time well spent with Suzy. I suffered a stroke 15 years ago and my hand has been curled up. After just a few visits I am able to open my hand. I recommend massage therapy to any one with medical issues that PT has not helped.

Lawrence gave me a fantastic therapeutic massage to help rehabilitate an upper back muscle strain I have. He was professional, on time, and thoughtful. He followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing. It's timesaving and comfortable to have a massage in your own home. I've already booked another massage with him!

I had an outstanding massage experience with Rob. Extremely professional. I have been searching for a great massage therapist in San Francisco for over a year and a half, and finally found him! I definitely, without reserve, recommend his services.

It was a last minute job and thank goodness she responded. 3 clients back to back and she was great across the board. Plus my husband is a rock and needs strong hands. Amazing therapy massage. She knows what she is doing, equivalent to going to a medical spa massage. Strong knowledge, better than if I went in to a spa. Bring the spa to you! Plus her prices is hard to beat, so so reasonable.

My session with Teliah was the best massage I've ever had! She has such a calming energy, and took the time to understand and discuss my goals for the treatment. It was a very therapeutic experience. I also really appreciate that she prices her work affordably, so that more people can access massage therapy as part of their healthcare. Thank you Teliah!

Working with Jessa has been a great experience. I have seen her about 5 or 6 times now, and her massage therapy has been very helpful for my backpain. I am impressed with her techniques and her ability to target specific treatment modalities. She pays attention to my specific needs, tailoring her technique accordingly. She also spends time before sessions with diagnosis (i.e. stretching to see where my muscle limitations are) and then using that info to customize the massage. Also, she is friendly and sweet to deal with. Definitely recommend!

Julia is an incredible and caring massage therapist. During my monthly 30-minute chair massage, she works on all my sore muscles, targeting the knots between my shoulders the most with the perfect amount of pressure. Even though the massage is in my office, she provides a relaxing and therapeutic atmosphere. She's super professional, and for some reason, she has never raised her rates once as long as I've known her. She's wonderful.

I had an amazing one hour massage earlier this evening from Johnny. He was professional, friendly, and instantly put me at ease. His massage style is therapeutic but also very relaxing; and he uses a wonderful light massage cream which does not leave you feeling greasy. The room is very inviting and the fireplace gives off a warm glow, and the perfect amount of heat. I will continue to see Johnny when I am in town visiting SF! I highly recommend him. Bill

Nathaniel is a great massage therapist that not only knows massage but multiple modalities of bodywork. He performed deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofacial release on my body. After one session my body immedietly had more Range Of Motion. As a personal trainer for fitness 19 i even started referring my clients to Nathaniel for their bodywork. Most massage therapists are either too soft or aggresive but Nathaniel knows the sweet spot for each individual. If your looking for a good massage therapist Nathaniel is your guy.- Raymond Sunga

Dale Fanning is a wonderful acupuncturist. He achieves comprehensive, lasting healing by blending his skill in acupuncture with a high level of intuition, patience and empathy. He imbues the Chinese Medicine view of whole body health with these attributes and the results are nothing short of fantastic. I went to Dale with a constellation of symptoms including chronic illness, musculoskeletal issues thru years of wear and tear on the body, as well as basic urban stress and insomnia. At my initial intake, and now updated at my weekly visit, Dale tales the time to get a thorough view of my health history and current state. His treatments consistently reset the dials, improve my condition and leave me feeling centered and full of life force! The sessions themselves are deeply restful; most of the time I fall into a deep sleep as the parasympathetic nervous system is allowed to kick in. This carries over into the evenings where I always sleep best on treatment days. Overall my conditions have improved substantially. As many people do, I regularly receive chiropractic treatment, massage, physical therapy for specific muscles/joints and have a great family doctor. Of all the things I do, the treatments with Dale are the deepest are always the most effective across the board. This is due to the very nature of Acupuncture, which is it treats the source and the symptom. Over the last 15 years I've received treatment from some of the most well-known and highly respected acupuncturists in the Bay Area and the west coast. I took a lot of care and time to write this review as I would never suggest a practitioner to someone lightly. I recommend Dale without hesitation. His treatments are on par with best in field, and in his own style, he surpasses my previous experiences. I understand he is working in the fertility field and have heard nothing but accolades from his patients I meet in the waiting room. He seems to have a capabilities across a wide range of issues. I say he gets extra points as he has gone to lengths to be able to accept multiple insurance plans to make it possible for the largest number of people to be treated. 5 stars for Dr Dale for sure.

So far we have met 3 times. 2 on exercise training, 1 for a massage. And, he is right on cue! I pat myself on the back to have made the right choice (for my first time ever) to have a personal trainer. I won't add any photos (yet) but, in a couple of months, (I'm sure) I'll be able to share the "before" and "after"...photos.

My experiences with Le Mon's Massage Therapy services has always been pleasant. My high demanding and stressful job tend to negatively effect my body. After consulting with my doctor, I began looking for massage therapist. Some therapist did not take the time to investigate or ask about my problematic areas. This has caused me a lot of pain. Le Mon's Message Therapy is convenient and always takes the time to find out what I need. I now only trust them for my massages.

I love seeing Kerri for massages. I highly suggest 1.5 hour massages. One hour just isn’t enough. Kerri listens and is easy to talk to about what you need. She responsive and thoughtful about the whole process. I’m so glad to have connected with her. I’m picky about massage therapists because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. I would highly recommend Kerri. Seriously. Five stars!!

I have gone to Chiayueh for a variety of ailments over the years - from anxiety to running injuries - and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is an extremely talented Reiki master and massage therapist who has devoted her life to making people feel better. Chiayueh combines her background in Eastern holistic healing with training in Western massage therapy to form a practice that centers around long-lasting treatment of the body and mind. Most importantly, she truly cares about each of her patients and pours her heart and soul into her work. Make an appointment with her - you won't be sorry!

I was diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome about three years ago. I've been living with chronic pain and stiffness all throughout my body for the past five and a half years. I tried everything...from chiropractic to taking a lot of ibuprofen to getting multiple massages a month. I saw a back and neck pain specialist (who diagnosed me with myofascial pain syndrome) but he wasn't able to do much for me. I've had painful lidocaine injections, experienced many sleepless and/or very painful nights, and have gone through two rounds of physical therapy. And nothing helped. I found Judith by doing a search online for relief for myofascial pain syndrome. I was very hopeful after reading many reviews on the benefits of myofascial release. I looked into the John Barnes method and decided this was something I needed to pursue. And I'm so glad I did! I have seen a TON of improvement from my treatments. This is the only thing that I've tried that has caused improvement in my body. Everything else I've tried didn't work and I felt myself getting worse and worse as time went on. So to have a treatment that is causing improvement that I can feel and that people can visibly see...it's amazing. I have no words for how it makes me feel to know that my body can be better than it has been. I still have a ways to go, as my body was severely stiff, but to know that this is working and to feel so much better every day is incredible. Judith is incredibly professional and I trust her implicitly. She always makes me feel comfortable and I have experienced so much physical as well as emotional release while in her care. I highly recommend Judith and myofascial release for anyone experiencing chronic pain and/or stiffness in their body!
