Swedish massage (standard),
Deep tissue massage,
Suzie was wonderful! She was very accommodating and flexible to my schedule and was able to fit me in for a 90 minute massage right away. The massage was exactly what I needed. She focused extra attention on my problem areas (neck & shoulders) and gave me advice on stretches to do at home. Suzie is very experienced and extremely knowledgable. Right away, she was able to identify why I was experiencing shoulder/back pain and explained in detail what was happening to my muscles and how to fix the pain. She is very personable and truly cares about her clients. I am looking forward to seeing her again!Sep 10, 2020Verified
First of all Suzie was very accommodating about wearing a mask and setting up outside in a light breeze. I felt very safe. Now for the massage which was exceptional. I went for the 90 minutes and she even ran over a bit which was greatly appreciated. I asked for Swedish over Deep Tissue even though I had just hiked ten miles of hills. She was quite thorough and included a lot of stretching which I needed. She joked that I would feel taller when she was done and indeed I think I did. Suzie was very professional and I expect to have her back again, even after local places open back up.Aug 8, 2020VerifiedRestore Massage + Wellness's reply

Suzie has an incredible depth of knowledge regarding muscles and body mechanics. She identified problem areas and with a combination of massage and stretching techniques relieved all pain and tension! A fantastic massage session.Feb 11, 2020Verified
Suzie is working on me to provide postnatal massage after my complicated delivery. She has been excellent! I feel my body is recovering fast from the trauma, and all thanks to her for the gentle yet very effective massage strokes and for her calm personality (it really makes a huge difference)! Suzie is very easy to connect with, and is extremely thorough in her work. During the sessions, I felt relaxed and the tenderness in various parts of my body subsided within a few sessions, giving me a very positive motherhood experience within the 1st thirty days of my delivery. I wish I had found her after my first pregnancy!! Thank you Suzie for making my experience absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend her as she is truly very skilled at her art.Jan 31, 2020VerifiedRestore Massage + Wellness's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?1 hour = $100.00 90 min = $150.00 120 min. = $200.00 Body scrub add on to any massage = $50.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A new client will be asked to fill out a one page intake form. I will look it over and talk with the client first about their body, lifestyle, pain level, and intent for being in my office. It's important for us to clearly connect on intent so the client leaves my office feeling listened to as well as feeling better. I often educate a client before and after a massage so they have a better understanding of why their body is feeling the way it feels and what we can do together to create wellness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Initially, I completed 1000 hours of study at The Southeastern School of Massage and Bodywork Therapy and passed the national exam called the MBLEX. My licensing requires me to get at least 24 units of continued education every two years. I have taken continued education in hot and cold stone therapy, craniosacral therapy, assisted stretching and sports therapy, unlocking the muscles in the neck and shoulders, pediatric oncology massage, cellulite reduction massage, unlocking the hips and lower back, and ethics. I also have an ongoing in depth personal study about mind-body-spirit connection and believe that this study is what allows me to help others on a much deeper level.
