Evan was WONDERFUL through the whole process & event! He catered at our "Mexican" family reunion at an outdoor park. Food was one of the most important things to get for our reunion and having many good Mexican cooks in the family, Evan came through! There were so many COMPLIMENTS about how GREAT the food was! We had the Mexican Taco Bar with Churros added for dessert. His roasted meats for the tacos were so tasty with the grilled veggies and all the sides and garnishes, and those churros went real fast! He understood our needs perfectly, and went as far as researching traditional Mexican cuisine (which is quite complex... way beyond the beans, rice & guacamole that most Americans know as Mexican food) and creating a new exotic vegetarian dish that everyone loved. I had a great experience with hiring Kitchenina as our caterers for an event with 40 people. The communication was always prompt, polite and friendly. They did a great job on the day of the event to ensure that the food was delivered on time (despite the traffic/weather conditions) and made my job as the event organizer much easier. I would definitely work with Kitchenina again in the future, and regret that I did not take photos of the food! (Thanks for the brownies as well!)

As a event coordinator I have worked with Steve and the folks at DNL Catering on many special occasions. We have worked together on wedding and baby showers, brunches, wedding receptions, work Christmas parties and anniversary parties. They always provide a menu to your request and the playing of the food is always on beautiful plates and dishes, not aluminum trays. There are always compliments on the foods from the guests. We are always a happy with the selections. Their website makes it easy to browse their menu and I always receive a reply promptly when I submit an event request online. DNL Catering is on my preferred vendor list when I meet with future clients. I have used them in my own home numerous times. They are my 'go to' caterers for any event.

I never met Deborah in person but had good conversations with getting my event catered. She was very responsive to my requests and questions. Ours was a drop-off event. The food was DELICIOUS. We had grilled garlic lemon chicken, 5 quiches, a huge (almost too huge) green salad, a beautiful fruit salad, lemonade and cookies for 28 people and there was plenty of food...only had salad and cookies leftover. Her employee brought our food and set it all up very creatively considering we were at a camp lodge! I would definitely recommend Quiche and Carry for your catering. Deborah was very professional and we were all happy with our event.

John catered for our new year eve dinner party and he is an absolutely amazing chef and was a pleasure to have with us on New Year's Eve! He prepared a fantastic 4 course meal for our family and friends including the best beef Wellington I have ever had. And my dad is still raving about the Creme caramel and chocolate lava cakes that were for dessert! He also delt with a last min change in the menu like a pro to accommodate a few guests. My friend recently celebrated her 50th birthday. Her wish? To have a catered dinner at home where she could relax and enjoy a wonderful evening of food, vino and friends. My decision to go with Rainbow Chefs was the BEST CHOICE! They worked with me to create the menu which the chef cooked to PERFECTION! It was a joy to see the guests "ooohh" and "aahhh" as each dish was brought out...Having Rainbow Chefs prepare, serve and clean up allowed the hostesses (me and my friend) to enjoy the event too! It was truly a magical night...I highly recommend them!

Lucas catered a birthday dinner for a rowdy group of ladies celebrating a birthday, and everything about the experience was great! From initial communication, working out the details (including menu changes at our request), logistics (our party was in a hotel, we were late to the meeting time, etc. but all handled with ease), and of course the food - which was delicious and beautifully presented. What an incredible pop-up and delicious food! Dennis was awesome in working with our organization for our holiday party. He was very responsive and helped us organize platters for ~80 people. His food was demolished by our team well before the night ended. Highly recommend!

Jon, and his assistant Danny, catered a sit down dinner for 24. The menu included several appetizers, salad, Filet Mignon and lobster with fingerling potatoes and veggies, and a homemade raspberry filled buttercream cake (as requested) for my husbands 70th birthday. Everything was perfect!!!!!! Exceeded our expectations. Not only was everything amazing but Jon and Danny couldn’t have been any nicer. Several of my guests are already arranging to use them for their upcoming events. We would definitely use them again. They made my husbands 70th so special. Could t be happier.

Tonya was very warm from our first contact. She definitely listened to what I needed and quickly put together some ideas. She is very flexible and never lets on that you are taking up her (very precious and little) free time. The evening of the event: I finally met Tonya and Israel. They went right to work with very little direction from me (their staff had to do final set up of the tables). My guests raved about the presentation and quality of the hors d’ouevres. Dinner was beautiful, delicious, and service was lovely. Just to top it off, no other caterer/chef service we have used has left our kitchen and home in such great shape. I can’t wait to book the team again.

It what can only be described as a limited and challenging environment, Rainbow Chefs provided a gourmet dinner for my executives that was truly exquisite. Everything about the process was handled well with great communication from Lana. I chose Rainbow Chefs after initial conversations with more than 20 caterers because I was convinced that she was really listening to me. Chef Nicholas created a masterpiece of a dinner that was enjoyed by everybody. It was the highlight of a long day.
