Introduction: Thank you for your interest in our services. 1) It is a fact that moving can be stressful. WE WILL TAKE ALL THE STRESS AWAY FROM YOU!!! 2) We are veterans and I currently hold a security clearance, (clean background.) It is easier get trap into a cheaper price, but what is the price of your belongings or peace of mind? 3) We value your belongings, so our service to ensure that your furniture do not get damaged. We take pride in our work! 4) Our goal is not only to win your business but to earn your trust and confident level that you do not hesitate to recommend me to your friends, co-workers or relatives. "Steve will take care of you!" 5) Our price is $125 an hour (add $25 for stairs or steps) up to 100 miles with a team of 2, or (3rd helper available for an additional $75 an hour) our truck and also included: - loading / unloading - packing / unpacking - bubble / shrink / blanket wrap - use of dollies - use of equipment - use of tools - disassembled / reassembled furniture - unmount your TV - appliances installation (dryer, washer, fridge) - and haul your card boxes away. 6) Boxes / additional special request (market price) 7) We are upfront, meaning NO HIDDEN or ADDITIONAL charges such as truck fees, gas, booking, mileage or driving fees. 8) We will start at your door until done. 9) Great review are always appreciated. 10) Certificate of Insurance available upon request. 11) Portions of our earnings go directly towards enhancing the lives of the disadvantage and those were affected by natural disaster.

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      Our fee of 2 person team for $125 an hour for flat (no steps), $150 for stairs/steps, under 100 miles (from pickup to drop off and done.) Additional helpers & services available upon request. (junk hauling, moving large appliances, etc.) Our price (flat rate, per project or hourly) includes moving equipment, moving blankets, dollies, bubble / shrink wrap, packing, assemble furniture, hooking up fridge, dryers, washer and disposing boxes. The will be no additional or hidden charges. No truck fee, no toll fees, no equipment fee. $1M Property Protection
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      If possible send pictures of items that need to be hauled. I do not just want to earn your business, but I will demonstrate our performance and consideration that you will have the utterly most confidence and trust to share your experiences with your neighbors, friends, co-workers, and relatives. It is the long term business relationship that we are delivering. Please kindly text/call to schedule your appointment ASAP. With an agreed service appointment.
