I had Jennifer give me a massage right after the Nike Women's marathon. It was THE BEST decision I made. I believe because of her great massage therapy I was able to recover more quickly from the event and not be as sore as I thought I would be. I prefer really firm massages and she was able to accommodate for that. I had other friends who were also massaged by her and I know they don't care to really firm pressure so it was great that she could accommodate all these different requests.

Having just arrived from a long flight from Australia, it didn’t take long for typical jet lag symptoms to kick in. I was feeling lethargic, light headed/dizzy, slightly confused and physically tense and achy. Jet lag be damned, Dan to the rescue! At a moment’s notice, Dan arranged a warm and comfortable setting and immediately tackled my off-centered situation with his hybrid approach to massage therapy. Because I was disoriented, it took me a bit to get out of my head - to stop intellectualizing – and just let go. Through Dan’s patience and expert guidance, especially around breathing and movement, I was soon on my way back to my center...to feeling whole again. From the patterns he intuitively detected throughout the session, Dan recommended specific poses, readings, practices and more for me to consider following up with. Some of them were spot on; I’ve already incorporated them into my routine! My interactive session with Dan was tremendously valuable. The integration of multiple disciplines of therapeutic techniques with breathing exercises and interactive movements adds up to a powerful healing experience. Plus the fact he’s a genuinely nice and caring guy. Insert what ails you here: __________ be damned. Then, call Dan.

After neglecting a long time issue with periformis syndrome that physical therapy failed to help, I started seeing Rob for bodywork. Since my initial booking with Rob and one follow up, I've seen huge improvements in my pain level and mobility. His method is very technical but also intuitive and holistic which is exactly what I wanted in a massage therapist. He's not only helped me with his massage, but he's also pointed me in the right direction for other kinds of helpful exercises and stretches off of the table. I've also learned a lot about how my body moves which aids my healing. Rob is a very kind and patient person and seeing him makes me instantly more relaxed. In the future if anyone I know complains of pain, I will always recommend Rob. I'm very happy I found him:)

It was a last minute job and thank goodness she responded. 3 clients back to back and she was great across the board. Plus my husband is a rock and needs strong hands. Amazing therapy massage. She knows what she is doing, equivalent to going to a medical spa massage. Strong knowledge, better than if I went in to a spa. Bring the spa to you! Plus her prices is hard to beat, so so reasonable.

Daniel was a delight to work with at our Wellness Day. Our team appreciated the 'chill day' after the intense project deadlines. He is relaxed and easy going. Some of our team, who have experience with massage, said that the 15 minute massage with him was better than some full one hour massage treatments they have received. He's really good.

Barry is a very focused and expert massage therapist. He works on trouble or painful areas with equal skill as just a super all over massage. He has loosened and relieved pain in a serious neck injury as well as just tight hamstrings. Highly recommend him.

I couldn’t have been more grateful for Naushad’s help, and agree with all the other positive testimonials I've seen about him. I would add that Naushad was always very punctual, professional, and a nice combination of confident and modest about his abilities, discreet and yet at ease with his communication and help -- so very articulate in conveying a realistically positive attitude! He was always looking for ways to better customize his training to my situation (70 year old having had two back surgeries who still loves hiking, and wanted help finding appropriate exercises to minimize pain and maximize strength). I had previously given up on two other recommended local therapists, and was so so glad that Naushad’s training was successful! It made me much stronger and was also very enjoyable. Naushad is young – grab him before he becomes head of a large clinic and doubles his rates! ☺

I had a dear friend's son get in terrible car accident, which after 2 weeks ended in death. I contacted Silvia, originally wanting her to go to the Hospital to give massages to family members there. She contacted the hospital & arranged everything, but due to son's death, it never happened. So she ended up using the gift massages for the widow. The widow finally used the massage and loved it. This was all conducted with me being out of town, and she could not have been more accommodating. She kept following up and went above and beyond! Thank you Silvia.

Two thumbs up for Vivian! My kids wanted to give their Dad a great Father's Day treat and we got him a massage session. Vivian has a perfect set up for an in-home service and soothing music. She came right on time, very profession, and great personality. My husband got so relaxed that he actually fell asleep! If you are looking for a great gift, give a massage therapy. I highly recommend Vivian De La Cruz.

I'm so blessed meeting Michelle. I suffer severe fibromyalgia, carpel tunnel, tennis elbow, and arthritis. I'm always in pain even medicated. Michelle has a loving momma nature and instinctively knew where my pain was hiding and breaking up so many knots and blocked energy. I haven't slept 5-6 consecutive hours in weeks. Thank you Michelle! I can't wait until my next session and will be sure to tell others☺️

Sharon brings a great deal of experience to her healing treatments. Working in a mindful manner, she weaves massage into an integrated experience with an added possibility of aroma therapies, hot stone if desired, special healing balms and hot towels on the feet to end the treatment. I most enthusiastically recommend Sharon's healing treatments. Blessings!

Alison is very professional and knows how to work with the body. She takes the time to listen to any complaints and also to get to know who you are, how your body responds, and how best to treat it. After years of working with numerous massage therapist, I finally found Alison and we've worked together bi-weekly for 3 years. She is the only person I will allow to work on my body as she always makes me feel better and she always knows what to do. I would highly recommend Alison to anyone seeking massage therapy/body work/pre or post natal massage.

Nathaniel is a great massage therapist that not only knows massage but multiple modalities of bodywork. He performed deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofacial release on my body. After one session my body immedietly had more Range Of Motion. As a personal trainer for fitness 19 i even started referring my clients to Nathaniel for their bodywork. Most massage therapists are either too soft or aggresive but Nathaniel knows the sweet spot for each individual. If your looking for a good massage therapist Nathaniel is your guy.- Raymond Sunga

Dale was fantastic! Not only did he perform the acupuncture, he worked with his office neighbor and she performed massage release therapy. Dale was extremely friendly and professional, he even paid my parking meter while I was laying down so I wouldn't get a ticket. The best part was my pain was reduced by 75% the next morning when I woke up. I will be going back to Dale with any future pain or health/wellness issues.

I have been working with Alex for three years now. As a competitive marathon runner, I put my body through a lot. Alex has brought me back from the brink of injury more times than I can remember. She is expertly knowledgeable about anatomy and as an athlete herself, she understands what it takes to keep things running smoothly. Her bodywork isn't like your typical deep tissue sports massage, though she does get in there when necessary. Myofascial release can take some getting used to, but I walk out of her office feeling better every single time. It works! Alex is also a certified CHEK exercise coach so she has a thorough understanding of corrective mobility work and exercises, and often follows up with homework to do in between sessions. She is the best!

I was diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome about three years ago. I've been living with chronic pain and stiffness all throughout my body for the past five and a half years. I tried everything...from chiropractic to taking a lot of ibuprofen to getting multiple massages a month. I saw a back and neck pain specialist (who diagnosed me with myofascial pain syndrome) but he wasn't able to do much for me. I've had painful lidocaine injections, experienced many sleepless and/or very painful nights, and have gone through two rounds of physical therapy. And nothing helped. I found Judith by doing a search online for relief for myofascial pain syndrome. I was very hopeful after reading many reviews on the benefits of myofascial release. I looked into the John Barnes method and decided this was something I needed to pursue. And I'm so glad I did! I have seen a TON of improvement from my treatments. This is the only thing that I've tried that has caused improvement in my body. Everything else I've tried didn't work and I felt myself getting worse and worse as time went on. So to have a treatment that is causing improvement that I can feel and that people can visibly see...it's amazing. I have no words for how it makes me feel to know that my body can be better than it has been. I still have a ways to go, as my body was severely stiff, but to know that this is working and to feel so much better every day is incredible. Judith is incredibly professional and I trust her implicitly. She always makes me feel comfortable and I have experienced so much physical as well as emotional release while in her care. I highly recommend Judith and myofascial release for anyone experiencing chronic pain and/or stiffness in their body!

I have gone to Chiayueh for a variety of ailments over the years - from anxiety to running injuries - and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is an extremely talented Reiki master and massage therapist who has devoted her life to making people feel better. Chiayueh combines her background in Eastern holistic healing with training in Western massage therapy to form a practice that centers around long-lasting treatment of the body and mind. Most importantly, she truly cares about each of her patients and pours her heart and soul into her work. Make an appointment with her - you won't be sorry!
