Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: First, I provide a complete Neurological and Orthopedic exam to determine weaknesses and imbalances as a baseline and develop my program around my findings and my clients personal goals. I also base my programs, physical fitness and nutrition, on science. Not what I see others doing in the gym or media hype. First and foremost, watching people achieve their goals!!! After that, the relationships I have developed over the years with my clients and getting in there and doing the workouts with my clients. Keeping me active as well.

Lou Campasano is an excellent trainer that works diligently to meet his client's needs. Lou provided me with a tremendous program to improve my muay thai and boxing training. In addition Lou gave me several exercises to improve flexibility and muscle conditioning. Mr. Campasano is definitely a coach/trainer that I would highly recommend as he continued to motivate me throughout our sessions together.

When I had to rehab after my surgery a few years ago Lou was a complete professional. He helped me rehab, answered my questions and made sure I was 100% before I returned to the football field. I just ruptured my Achilles and wished Lou was back here in NJ to help me rehab.

Lou is absolutely awesome. Have knee tracking issue and some right shoulder problems due to many years of training MMA.Lou dropped everything he was doing for me and literally saw me the same day I asked him for help. Broke down my issues within a matter of minutes and gave me some great advice and exercises to fix the problems I had .He also made some suggestions which really showed me he cared about the future of my injuries. Very knowledgable and would highly recommend to any athlete or average Joe.Thanks Lou!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am currently enrolled in the upcoming Precision Nutrition "Professional Nutrition Certification". (3/2014) I am obligated to obtain a minimum number of CEU credits to keep my Physical Therapy license active.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Talk with them! Ask questions and research their answers. There is no regulation over the fitness industry and there is a lot of misinformation out there. Just because something works for one group of people, may not work for you.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Anyone who can read and memorize a book can get a Personal Trainer Certification from a one weekend course. That will not provide someone with the knowledge needed to make proper decisions when it comes to your body!!!
