Latest Review: A massage from Giovanni is a 90-minute meditation on connecting to my body. He is mindful and present in his hands at every moment. I've had bodywork every week for 35 years--I used to be an acupressure therapist--and he is the BEST!

Latest Review: What an amazing experience!! Anna was very attentive regarding all my medical issues prior to the massage. We discussed what type of massage would be best for me before she proceeded. It was a very relaxing experience and I can't wait to see her again.

Latest Review: George is by far one of the most professional massage therapists that I have had the pleasure in letting work on me. He was very kind, relaxed and intuitive when engaging my painfully notted back. I would consider him not only a great massage therapist but also a healer. After just one session of letting him work on my back I was able to rest easy and carry on with my day to day activities without being in anymore pain. Absolutley 5 Star rating for George Davidson!

Latest Review: I live in LA but I still keep in constant communication with the Intentio staff who, even from a distance of 500 miles, are the best at advising me on how best to achieve my fitness & nutritional goals. It's so rare to find a group of people so single-mindedly focused on actual health rather than the aesthetic benefits of looking good, which seems to be the prevailing raison d'être of trainers here in SoCal. I can't recommend Anna or her team highly enough! It's worth every penny.

Latest Review: Wonderful massage by someone who is very caring. Amy has been doing body work on my for about 3 years. I absolutely love her touch. She is very consistent and checks in often to make sure pressure is at a good level. Amy also asks before each session how I am feeling. I always leave the table feeling refreshed and nurtured!

Latest Review: As a fellow yoga instructor and student of Amanda's classes I could not recommend her more highly. During our time together at "the source" of yoga, Rishikesh in India, Amanda's holistic teaching of yoga made me feel like a better yoga practitioner, more in tune with what was happened externally but also internally. What most impressed me and the reason for loving Amanda's yoga style is: 1. she is committed to her students 2. she practices what she preaches 3. direct but warm approach 4. she offers so so much more than just yoga postures 5. her thirst for knowledge 6. most importantly, for me at least, she is committed and dedicated but she doesn't take an all or nothing approach. She truly follows the yoga as a journey approach.

Latest Review: Serenity got my attention when I observed her working with another client at my gym. One of the things I most appreciated from Serenity is that when I first approached her about the possibility of personal training, she was not at all overwhelming as I have experienced with other prospective trainers. She was immediately in tune with my overall well-being and I sensed from the beginning that we could develop a collaborative relationship. My first-intuition into her character was that she truly connects with and cares about her clients. After working with Serenity for the last 5 months, I can attest that she is one of the most genuine and compassionate individuals I have met – coupled with being very competent, and passionate about her profession (which is much more expansive than just personal training.) Athletic for over 40 years, I first came to Serenity with acute and chronic injuries, and (despite the physical hindrances) an ambitious goal – to qualify for the Boston Marathon within the next few years. Serenity has devised a progressive plan for me, which she reviews on a weekly basis when we meet. With my input and her observance of my performance/abilities, she makes adjustments, keeps me steady, or moves me forward on her long-term plan. The last 10 mins. of my session are reserved for a deep tissue massage of an acute shoulder condition I had been suffering from for almost a year. I am so pleased to say that the combination of the weekly mini-massage and stretching/strengthening exercises Serenity has had me do for the past 5 months have drastically reduced my shoulder pain and I have regained most of the mobility. That said, Serenity will be the first to say “there’s still room for more improvement.” Additionally, Serenity continues to work with me to strengthen all muscle groups (including the easily overlooked but significant ones) to get my body better balanced in order to reduce the possibility of further injuries (past lower back and knee issues). Lately, Serenity has shared that I am ready for higher-level strengthening exercises and we are moving together towards the next phase of her long-term plan for me. Serenity is careful to inform me of which exercises I am ready to do on my own, and which ones I need to continue developing better-form under her direct guidance so that I may continue to progress prudently. I can feel myself getting stronger each month -- and with continued workout evolution, consistency and patience, I truly believe that Serenity will get me to my long-term goal of running the Boston Marathon sometime in the next several years!

Latest Review: Lilah is a gem---an intuitive, loving, well trained, skilled and powerful healer. She has the gift of transformational touch. Lilah has been my massage therapist (and friend) for many years (I think 20). Her loving touch has helped my body heal from injuries and my spirit reconnect to its source. Lilah cares for the whole being. The beautuful environment she creates in her massage studio (clean, warm beautiful) and the safety she always holds in her heart make it easy to sink deeply into her relaxing and loving embrace. In the past year Lilah has been studying and practicing a form of massage called "Phenomenal Touch" from a master teacher. This is an extraordinary and transformative teaching which is a perfect match with Lilah's innate gift of touch and depth of presence. I highly recommend Lilah as a massage therapist. ❤️ Eric
