1. Assessment: Check where the customers stand on their physical ability and nutritional intake. Also, check for muscle imbalance and posture. 2. Intervention: Improve both nutritional intake and physical ability little by little. 3. Outcome: 1. Improvements in their physical body composition, boost in stamina, muscle gain, and fat loss. Improvements in their risk factors such as Cholesterol, Triglyceride, A1c, Blood Pressure, etc,. 2. Building a healthier lifestyle and/or prevent chronic disease for happier life
