Assisting/suggesting well balanced meals with great knowledge and experience. Not over pacing work out boosts consistency, he helps me meet long term goals. Kyle doesn't focus on quick weight loss, instead, he focuses on core, long term health and building good workout habbits.

This was a very helpful time for me. 1. 1. Quick answer: I had a lot of questions while exercising. The coach responded right away, so I was able to focus more on the movements of the exercise. 2. Posture Correction: The coach corrected my posture in real time. So I realized I had muscles that I didn't use. After correction, I am working out using various muscles, including those that I did not use. 3. Understanding the sore spot: I have a bad back. I sometimes hurt my back while exercising, and each time, the coach adjusted the intensity of the exercise according to my condition. Now, my back pain has decreased and my body fat has decreased a lot. I will continue to be coached.

Through E^3 I built a stronger inner core. I don't really like to exercise but he motivated me to keep going. He also guided my nutrition and diet, and I lost a lot of weight. I had fun with him and others as we played basketball, football, and soccer, and more.

Helped with finding ways to improve my health and practice eating healthy . Exercises were geared towards me, the exercise was adjusted to my level as I got used to it. Took the extra step to check in on my calorie intake and daily step intake. Overall, helped with increasing exercise in my daily life and helped with adding more vegetables in my diet.

    $85/week for 1session/week $150/week for 2sessions/week ($75/session) $200/week for 3sessions/week ($66.66/session) Discounts 25% off for the first 2 months 10% off for one-month advance payment, 20% off for two-month ] payment (does not add with the firs two months discount) For the couple training it will be x 1.5 instead of x 2
