As I have my Masters in Performance Enhancement/Physical Therapy, I ensure that we address all bio-mechanical issues that may impact your success. I make sure that your workout not only helps you reach your fitness goals, but also helps you lead a long-term healthy life by preventing potential injuries with proper training. Your program will be part of a lifestyle change, not just curling dumbells. Seeing people reach their goals is what my training programs are all about. There is nothing like the experience of being a part of helping someone put in the right work and seeing their strong & toned body appear as the excess pounds melt off them. I also really enjoy helping mature clients improve their quality of life. It is just a wonderful experience to be a part of making this happen.

Let me tell my story. I was looking for place where I can challenge my body and relax my brain. From the bagging I felt that this place is THE PLACE. 7 am bootcamp is really hard for non-morning person. After first 2 weeks, I started feeling more energy during the day. So mornings are not that bad. Next big thing for was a Tough Mudder run. Lori believed in me and helped to prepare. I finished it. 14 miles up/down Tahoe Northstar Ski resort, 20+ obstacles, 1 ice bath(google Arctic Enema), 2 electroshock etc. Next month I was playing volleyball and completely torn my ACL. With Lori's help I successfully went thru rehab. She is amazing educated coach. Lori knows everything about human body and muscles, diets and nutritions etc. My nutritionist told my exactly the same as Lori did a couple months earlier. After 1 year I lost about 30 pounds and 4 sizes :) So if you are willing to work hard and achieve a results this is a right place.

Before I joined body architecture, I was struggling to loose weight. A good friend who has been a lot time customer of Lori recommended I try the gym. After two months I saw more results than I had over the past year. After two months with Lori, I've lost about 15 lbs and muscles throughout my body has become more toned. I also have asthma and Lori worked with me to set up a safe workout regiment that catered to my condition while still allowing me to reach my goals. Lori's knowledge of nutrition, workout techniques, and the fun environment of her class set body architecture apart from other gyms.

I've trained with Lori both as a private training client as well as attended her bootcamp and evening classes for the past five years. Lori is truly a phenomenal trainer, and she will be there for you every step of the way no matter what your goals are. From muscle building and weight loss to general fitness and everyday wellbeing, she knows how to work with you to get the results you want. I love training with Lori. I have been training with her for about 7-8 years now and she has gotten me into the best shape I have ever been in. Her training is tailored to what you want or need to work on. She is very detailed and is so knowledgeable about how the human body works, nutrition, etc. I think her 3 degrees and masters also helps and sets her apart from other trainers. She really takes her time to train you, and she really cares about her clients. I am so glad I met her! She knows her stuff, that's for sure, I highly, highly reccomend!!
