Yes, I did hire Stella's services for my 6 weeks old puppy but did not continue after the first day as my puppy was behaving really weird after coming back from Stella's home.. I don't know what they did with the puppy and how much maturity they have to handle such a young puppy but my puppy was really afraid, confused and was behaving unnaturally.. So, I aborted the services and informed her.. Even there were some toys of my puppy still there in their house.. As far as payment is concerned, Stella was demanding $60 instead of $50 per day which was the deal when I choose to have her services.. I denied that completely and was not agree to pay her $60.. She started threatening me over text and kept on demanding $60 and I left on denying as the deal was $50 per day for 4 days totaling $200.. She then sent me some texts, literally begging for $60 and when I told her about the behavior my puppy had shown, she started defending herself and literally accused me for such behavior.. As a whole, I am very upset with her services and finally paid her $50 through PayPal and never wish to borrow her service again.. Please be informed that Stella is a student and doing this business to earn her tuition fees.. She never stays at home and keeps the boarders under the mercy of her boy friend and family members.. while talking she sounds very energetic and caring but in reality she is not.. Her boyfriend also pretends to be a good dg trainer but reality he is also a young kid doing some part time job and boarding dogs for side income and not professionally trained to handle or train puppies and dogs.. I would recommend everyone not to hire this service and go elsewhere to some experienced professional..May 11, 2018
She took care of Scrappy my 14 year old Cat. I really appreciate how caring she is because he is getting older and sometimes throws up. I think she is a genuine person and animal lover. I would highly recommend herJun 30, 2017Verified
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My typical process for working with a new customer is reaching out to them with my intro message. When they respond, I ask them if they have any questions and I clearly answer all of it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have personal experience with caring for pets. When I finally got my own pet, I did everything by myself. I've trained my friends pets and trained them on how to care for a pet as well. I currently have 2 dogs, but I've had fishes, birds, and other reptiles in the past.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My neighbors and family members always had pets but my parents never allowed me to have one of my own. They did allow me to care for the animals so that's how I began.
