- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I maintain both my law license and broker's license by continuing education required by the State of California.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Ever since I graduated from college in 1986 I knew I wanted to own and manage real estate. I've done many things in the real estate business, but providing my expertise to clients is truly satisfying.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I best explain this by having my clients watch my video on my website at www.svpmg.net. I manage every aspect of an investment property from a to z. The only thing an owner needs to do is check their monthly statements and confirm their monthly bank deposits.
