I maintain both my law license and broker's license by continuing education required by the State of California.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since I graduated from college in 1986 I knew I wanted to own and manage real estate. I've done many things in the real estate business, but providing my expertise to clients is truly satisfying.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I best explain this by having my clients watch my video on my website at www.svpmg.net. I manage every aspect of an investment property from a to z. The only thing an owner needs to do is check their monthly statements and confirm their monthly bank deposits.
