5/9/2018We were so fortunate to have found Arpad and Arpad proved that Service is more than Sales and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Arpad would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. He is very responsive and worked with us very patiently several weekends and late nights and long phone calls.In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Arpad was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that would meet our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

Arpad is a fantastic real estate professional. He is honest, diligent, and thorough. Most importantly, he is more concerned with seeing his clients make the right choice and not just pushing for a quick transaction.He tirelessly worked to help my wife and I try to find our perfect home in the hyper-competitive Bay Area. We must have looked at dozens of homes with him. He is very thorough, reliable and experienced! We have been looking at house market for about 2 years before we bought our first house with his help, and during these 2 years we have been reaching out to him million times via email, in person, phone call. He never gets tired or being impatient, and he always listens with full attention no matter how small or silly my question is and answers each question with his strategies and full considerations. He never pushes or persuade us making any decision and clear minds are important to help us to make a right choice. He is also very good at researching. When we are stocked to find out a 5 bedroom house and already envision ourselves living there, he found out some discrepancies of room counts between county records and seller's description, and researched some other potential issues related to that. That attention to details and due diligence and abundant experience are so important when it comes to big purchase decision. I would highly recommend Arpad!

Arpad is very professional, attentive to detail and very easy to work with. He is a straight shooter and extremely honest with his clients. I was incredibly impressed with Arpad.Being first time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first. Luckily we found Arpad Ji which made the process much easier than we had been anticipating. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. We both are very happy with our first home and couldn't have been more pleased with the service. We thank you for the time and effort you spent with us, making our first experience as easy as it was! I definitely recommend Arpad to anyone and would not hestiate to use again for ourselves.
