Introduction: I have a very unique style of training that is based on body weight movements that were derived from martial arts techniques. I started as a strength and conditioning coach, training high-level athletes with resistance training and weights. After discovering MMA, I changed my training to focus on mobility and the mind. I can get you in the best shape of your life, and I can teach you how to fight, literally and figuratively. I teach a morning boot camp class as well. The workout lasts 40 minutes, with 10 rounds of high-intensity movement, with 10 different types of MMA technique. Message me for details on the class. I enjoy the internal transformation I create, because I focus on developing the mind and spirit, in addition to building desirable bodies. Seeing my students become better people, more capable of successfully handling challenge, is the greatest reward there is for a trainer. I believe it is my life purpose to serve the community, by strengthening, balancing, and educating its members.

I began working with Nate Moore a few years ago for the sole purpose of losing an extreme amount of weight. At the time I began working with Nate I weighed in at 230 lbs and after 16 months I was down to 125lbs. Prior to working with Nate I had joined several other gyms and always found myself getting bored and losing all motivation very quickly which resulted in not returning. Every single one of Nate's training sessions are exciting and he always provides new fun ways of challenging yourself regardless of your fitness level. His innovative training methods made me LOVE working out. Definitely not your typical boring workout routine. The level of dedication, energy, knowledge, patience and constant support that Nate provides is above and beyond anyone else that I've ever worked with. I believe that these qualities are what make him the absolute best! I highly recommend Nate Moore. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Nate combines the elements of fitness, sport, technique and wellness to push you to do better while not bombarding you so you are too sore or tired to head into the next session. Very personable and flexible with location and timing of PT sessions.
