He does what is best for his clients by analyzing his clients' needs and then working on cooperative training regimes to improve their game. Will is by far the best trainer you can get!!! Before training with Will my work out time bad been last on my priority list for years and I was least happy w/ my fitness level. But Will's professionalism, great skills and fun attitude turned it all around for me. His passion and enthusiasm for improvement were so catchy that all the hard work he had in store for me was easy and fun. :) Will's gone above and beyond every time I needed something. I felt treated like a friend not like a client! Will has strengthened my body, mind and will power. I now work out 4-5 times a week and I'm in the best shape I've been in years. He's the best you can get, just trust his advice and you'll get where you wanna be in no time! ;)
Ciaran was excellent with helping our sports team sucked. I was head soccer coach of Scecina Memorial high school soccer team from 2007-2011 . Ciaran came in and gave us great tips and reshaped our season. Very happy with him and his service
Jide and Danny are top notch coaches. I worked out with them for an entire summer for small group workouts. Everyday, they showed me around the weight room and built my strength up before switching to technical skills and fitness. They'll push you hard, but know when you're spent. Everything is fun and they have a great attitude towards coaching. They love the game of soccer and share it with you when they coach. I think any player, regardless of skill level, can benefit from working out with these two, and would recommend them to anyone.

Coach Lauren is providing one-on-one personal training for my 11 year old daughter. Coach Lauren has proven to be an invaluable part of my daughter's development and improvement. Matt is working with me twice a week on strength training especially for my core. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to work with. He is patient yet on each machine or exercise he frequently asks me if I can go up on weight, stretch further, etc. He creates a varied routine for me & I enjoy the sessions. Matt is always looking out for my safety & guides me as to proper form. He always takes into account my specific weak areas. He is flexible w scheduling. I've worked with three very good trainers however, I feel I've made the most progress toward my goals with Matt. I look forward to my sessions with Matt & my mind/body feel good when I go home. I am a soccer coach, and I run soccer skills clinics for women in the East Bay. My clinic is located in Cerrito Vista Park, corner of Pomona and Moeser in El Cerrito. Soccer clinic is open on Sundays, starting January 9. Clinic hours are from 9:30 a.m - 11 a.m, with warm up at 9:15 a.m. Fee is for $10. Students can bring cleats, water, and shin guards, if you have them.
