Yan is truly amazing! She's very professional and has a lot of knowledge both in teaching and Tai Chi in general. I have been taking private lessons with Yan for the last couple months. Before I used to have frequent back flareups. Touching wood, I hadn't had any since. In addition to the body benefits, I do feel more clear minded and relaxed. Thanks Yan!

  Please ask about discounts for seniors, the unemployed, or full-time students. Proof of status may be required.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I offer a free consultation (15-30 minutes) to answer questions, gauge a new student's needs and goals, and set up a curriculum and schedule accordingly. Where appropriate, I may recommend other instructors or group lesson opportunities. This free consultation can be done over the phone or on Zoom or Skype.
