Highly recommend Zion Heath and Wellness and George if you are looking for training - they've been very accommodating. Initially signed up for a couple sessions and now I don't want to stop! I've been working with George and he is awesome - great attitude, very positive and goes above and beyond to make you excited about working out. He's a great trainer and pushes you to make sure your go beyond your goals - i've made so much progress in the month we've been working together.
My husband and I have been training with Jessica for about 3 months now and she has been great. Jessica is very professional, punctual, always comes well prepared with days work out and is good at selecting exercises that suits both our needs. Jessica has a great positive attitude and makes sure we stay motivated. We have seen great results over the past few months and would highly recommend her as personal trainer.

I've never seen a studio or gym this nice and well kept. It has top notch amenities(shower, towels, air conditioning in SF!) and staff. I've been training here for some time (3 months) and have seen great results, especially my balance.. Evan works with a great staff and Scott (my trainer) has designed a very effective workout program to address my right side\leg which is weaker than the left from breaking my femur. Great experience, would definitely reccomend for personal training!!!
Aaron is awesome personal trainer. His session is not only assist training, but also eating habits, way of stretch and so on. These are very helpful for me. Usually, session with him in a outside park. It is a very excited and fun. If you are finding personal trainer, I will strongly recommend Aaron!

I've worked with other personal trainers in the past. But my experience with John exceeded my expectations for several reasons. Upon meeting him I felt quickly at ease. He was able to quickly assess my physical ability and pushed me just enough past my comfort level. I had an amazing workout! He was very encouraging and positive towards me. It was very obvious he was extremely knowledgeable not only in training but he also came up with a detailed strategy to help me reach my fat loss goals especially with my nutrition. I feel very confidant in his ability to help me. I also know he will keep me free from injury. He exceeded my expectations. It was the best experience I've had with any personal trainer.
This is the perfect place to get fit and feel great while doing it. The facility is large but personable and comfortable... even the locker room and showers are big and clean. I like that the training facility doesn't have the "large gym feel" as the whole place is appointment only. The trainers are knowledgeable & focused on your individual goals no matter what your goals might be. With Joe Grasso's techniques, I was able to lean out and define my muscles groups better than any other programs, classes, or gyms I've tried in my past. I love training here! I have had personal trainers before but only at a gym. When i trained with Armando Ramirez it was in the comfort of his home. He trained me in his garage and it was for a month. I told him I wanted a work out plan that would target a total body work out crunched into an hour. He first weighed me and tuck measurements. So I can see my progress. That was very helpful and I like that I felt comfortable with him. I liked how it was one on one without the crowded gym environment. Armando showed me how to enjoy working out instead of counting down the minutes. I liked how it was quick and do able on a weekly basis. He always made sure my form was correct. In the past other trainers didn't give me as much attention due to other clients in the gym. Armando also pushed me when he seen I wanted to give up. But it was not aggressive it was very motivational. He showed me that I was capable of exceeding in my work outs. One thing, Armando did not have to many work out machines but his work out consisted more of stability and balance. I liked that better because I can do those work outs anywhere. No GYM needed. I really recommend training with Armando!!
Kenny has played a vital role in me sustaining a healthy lifestyle. He takes the time to assess the individualized needs of each client and gives in the moment feedback to achieve optimal results. Mo is a fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable, a true expert in his field. He's a compassionate, attentive trainer. Be prepared to be pushed outside of your comfort zone during your training sessions. He makes training fun and you'll rarely do the same routine twice. The variety of exercises and support I feel keep me coming back for more...not to mention the results. You won't find a better trainer anywhere else.

I trained and took High Intensity Interval Training with Cassie for over three years and she is, simply put, amazing. She motivates you to push yourself but is careful not to let you overdo anything so that you put yourself at risk for injury. She provides excellent training and nutritional advice as well. Cassie is the best!!
Result.. after 3 weeks of training with Leah I am happy to say that I can see result. Leah is very responsive, creative and is able to change the sessions to fit my need. I am very happy with the result.

I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally.
