FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our clients come to us with a very narrow focus for their project. Usually, if we invest a little bit of time discussing the project and what they want to accomplish we can discover additional ways to extend the value of our service. We encourage on site participation in the photography effort so we get the perfect images to meet the specific requirements of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2008 capturing images nearly every day and creating on line presentations that captivate the interest of the viewers our clients are trying to connect with.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After spending twenty years as a technology geek selling network management tools to large and medium sized businesses I left the field in 2007. With an interest in photography and some considerable experience as a part time photographer I took a temporary role as a virtual tour photographer with another virtual tour provider. While the work wasn't financially rewarding I found that I got immense pleasure in the process of delivering great images that people would be astonished by. I only worked with that tour provider for about 3 months but knew that I could be happy being involved in that line of work so I started putting together a business plan for a service that would provide a higher level of service and image quality that exceeded all of my competition. Leveraging the years of marketing and business experienced I had gained in technology sales I launched Exposure Elements in September of 2008 with the notion that I could provide a significantly different virtual tour business that would instead be branded as a digital marketing company offering virtual tours, mobile marketing and related services.
