Best decision ever! Kim was our Officiant and she was absolutely amazing! She delivered the wedding ceremony beautifully with thoughtful words and wonderful energy. Kim was delightful to work with, had a positive outlook, arrived on time as promised, and ensured all things went smoothly. She was very knowledgeable, highly experienced, and provided us with the right information to feel confident about the ceremony ahead of time. She worked with us far in advance to prepare, and gave us the opportunity to review and revise. Her special attention to getting the style exactly how we wanted, meant so much to us. Kimberly was amazing! We hired her two days before our elopement in Pacific Grove. She held a Zoom conference with us beforehand and she traveled a great distance to perform our ceremony. She was genuine and heartfelt. She kept in touch, was punctual and organized! Highly recommend her for your ceremony.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kimberly Cope. My wife and I had high expectations when it came to hiring an officiant for our wedding. We were in search for someone who could make us feel comfortable during the planning process, and who could create a beautiful ceremony for us. We knew Kimberly was the one for us after our first call with her. Her kindness radiated through the phone and she made us feel heard in our wants and needs. Kimberly put together a beautiful ceremony for us that included snippets of our love story, our future together and quotes about love. We wanted to include a little bit of our Catholic religion as well so she did slip in a small verse for us. Our wedding was in December and it just so happened to be the storm of the year. Everything was a bit hectic because of this, but Kimberly never flinched. When I finally got down the aisle and saw her smiling there with a welcoming greeting, I felt relieved. We give her so much credit as she had to compete with extremely loud rain, but she never lost her professionalism as she continued on and married us. She was also there early and was making sure everything was in order for us. My family had interacted with her over some logistical items and they as well had nothing but great things to say about her. We are so happy to have Kimberly included in a memory that we will never forget.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic pricing structure for elopements starts at $300 and for weddings is $400. Costs vary depending upon your chosen location and day of the week as well as the level of customization involved. This fee includes all communication, ceremony preparation, my presence at your wedding (including travel time and mileage), and facilitation of the marriage license witnessing and recording.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm happy to offer a complimentary "get to know you" chat via telephone, Zoom/FaceTime, where we can determine whether we're a good match. We'll also have a chance to discuss your desires and visions for your special day. At that time I'm happy to offer suggestions for venues and vendors as well as answer any additional questions you may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained non-denominational, multi-faith, Interfaith minister though One Spirit Interfaith Seminary. I am also trained in premarital counseling, spiritual counseling, and life purpose and career/business coaching.
