I offer an hourly rate and a block of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with an in-home consultation: for about 1 hour a new customer and I can meet, walk around the home, discuss the project ask each other questions and get to know each other, establishing the relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! Every year I travel to Las Vegas to attend the Las Vegas World Market. At that event the latest and newest products are previewed and promoted for designers. It is very inspiring. I have appointments on a weekly basis with hundreds of service reps that present the newest trends in textiles, furnsihings and accessories for the home. There are designer chats that I attend where I speak with other professionals and discuss the latest trends, designer challenges and share important information that I can use for my clients.
