I’ve been taking Jon’s yoga classes throughout this summer and I’ve found them to be fun and impactful. While I’ve had my share of trying out various instructors, Jon stands apart as a very knowledgeable instructor who goes above and beyond to ensure (1) we’re equipped with key principles to strengthen our practice and (2) we’re applying those principles properly and effectively. When I say “knowledgeable”, he doesn’t just leave us with “how” to go about in our practice but does an awesome job in explaining “why”. I truly appreciate insight like this as I’ve met other instructors who couldn’t go into as much depth as Jon did. Altogether, Jon is an awesome instructor who’s very personable and passionate about what he teaches. He’s great at building rapport and brings much of the humor in class. If I had to describe how I feel after his classes, it’s goodbye to stress and hello to more energy! ---Net net, my time and energy has been well spent learning from him and I’m very much looking forward to continue!

Jonathan is amazing when it comes to teaching you not only the technical and physical aspects of a yoga asana, but also information in regards to energetics that is essential to deepen your practice. When I hit a plateau in my self practice, Jonathan re-ignited the love I have for yoga as a holistic system. Thanks to not only his informative explanations, but his passion for yoga as a holistic means to find your inner potential, I am back on my mat. :) He doesn't just tell you how to get into a yoga asana. He explains the essentials and answers any questions you have with depth and knowledge. Teachers like him are hard to come by. Take his classes! They are truly worth your time :)

One word after a yoga session with Jonathan: "revitalization!" Before that I have had horrible shoulder, neck and back problems from spending all day in front of the computer. His understanding and techniques helped me get out all my knots and kinks. Fair rates, interesting conversation, in a warm/pleasant environment. Jonathan definitely gets 5 stars from me.

I've known Jonathan for years and have seen his personal and professional development grow strongly as he has transitioned through his many movement arts practices. He has a relentless motivation for excellence. I also know he searches for the very best teachers. Our last session was very iilluminating as we were on the same page and seemed to be communicating nonverbally. Jonathan has inspired my own personal motivation and I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him to anyone ready to step to the next level.

Jonathan is a fantastic teacher and passionate about yoga. He understands subtle concepts and techniques that have greatly improved my practice and peace of mind. He had the patience to work with me and teach me yoga progressions that help me gain flexibility and strength. I am so glad that I attended his class. 10/10 would recommend!!!
