I took a virtual yoga class with Anne in April and it was great! She makes sure to explain and demonstrate the poses properly and you can tell she is genuinely interested in making sure you get the most out of your experience by asking a lot of questions, and listening and applying your feedback. Her demeanor is very calming and positive - perfect for setting the mood!
