Introduction: Medicine Yoga provides optimum health through balance. We provide yoga, strength and fitness, qigong, meditation, and visualizations for everyone, from bariatric and transplant patients to elite amateur and professional athletes.
We teach traditional yoga (breath, bandhas, vinyasa, and asana) that is tailored to the needs of the practitioner, with an emphasis on structure and building strength, mobility, flexibility, and fluidity and on enabling the practitioner to develop his/her own personal practice.
We also do functional movement and martial arts, and bring whatever parts that are useful into the practice as appropriate.
We offer classes and private instruction in studio or online.
