I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
Johanna has helped me throughout my weight loss journey. I've had the pleasure of doing one-on-one training sessions, group training sessions, zumba, and yoga with Johanna. She's been nothing but amazing in each experience. I've been working with Johanna since December, and what I absolutely love is that from the moment I met her, she has been nothing but passionate and determined to help me reach my weight loss goals. Susan called me back quickly and came over and gave me a wonderful session of Hatha Yoga. She positioned herself in my living room and we had more then enough space which was a worry of mine. When she came the next time for a lesson she suggested we take our practice outside in the back yard and it was a wonderful suggestion which brought a lovely peaceful grounded element to our practice. Susan is warm and friend and gave very good instruction that was easy to follow. She is a very good teacher with a lot of experience and takes her practice seriously but is lighthearted about it too.

For a year now I have had the pleasure of working out with the my personal trainer Tamara Eristavi. I am a senior and have always loved being active but was beginning to lack the motivation to go workout. I feel so fortunate to have found Tamara and with her expert skills I have accomplished not only a better body image but a new outlook on nutrition. Her workouts are fun and our time just flies by. We start with a beautiful meditation which always grounds me after a stressful day at work and then an invigorating hour of dance, yoga, body weights, bands and never ending encouragement. Deirdre is an amazing yoga instuctor!! Her classes are organized perfectly, in an organic flowing movement of poses, the difficult intersperced with more relaxing, and with constant attention to breathing. The total experience is much more than a great work out: it is so deeply and profoundly, therapuetically, relaxing. Yoga with Deirdre even melts old wounds and stress trapped in the body: really an amazing experience!!! Its FUN too because Deirdre's approach is so fun!! I recommend Deirdre very highly!!!!
Wonderful experience doing yoga with Aneesa on the beautiful deck of her home above Lake Hodges. Such an amazing and peaceful setting. The perfect place to experience yoga and Aneesa is very good at guiding the participant through a wonderful workout
Kristen is a true treasure! I've loved rediscovering yoga at Full Circle and most particularly having a one-on-one session with Kristen. She is amazingly skilled and attuned to your unique challenges, aches & pains. It has been so helpful to have her tailor-made for me yoga sequence which I practice at home. I'm feeling more flexible and hopeful that I can continue to be more active and mobile. I'm so grateful and highly recommend her services!

We had an amazing experience with Blair as the instructor. She has a great command of the class for both people new to yoga as well as experienced. The tempo of the class is enjoyable while physically rewarding.
Joy has a very calming style. She understands the medical aspects of yoga well. For example, I was having wrist pain and she was able to explain why and how to correct my pose to resolve it. No other yoga instructor pointed out the issue before. She listens well and modifies her routines to the individual. She has a very healing, non-judgmental nature and I'd recommend her as a private instructor for one-on-ones or small groups.

I really liked that David asked the level of massage I would like: easy, medium or hard. I asked for medium-hard. I also liked that he was fair and balanced in that he massaged the right side exactly as he did the left side. I will be going back to him. I highly recommend David.
I have been practicing yoga under the guidance of Glenda Wood for almost a year now. I was a dedicated Bikram Yoga student for about three years when a sudden brain aneurysm changed the course of my life. When I was able to begin practicing yoga again, the universe somehow found this amazing woman for me to begin a whole new journey and understanding of yoga. From the moment one meets Glenda, it is evident that she has a beautiful energy that emanates from within her and she shares it with all who are willing to experience a peaceful, calm joy and centering of self. Glenda begins each class with a profound intention that is relevant to what's going on in the world around us, and often includes a quote or poem from timeless philosophers and yoga gurus, which she reflects upon throughout her class. I am amazed by her ability to teach yoga to a beginner, a person in the process of healing such as myself, and the advanced yogi, all in the same class! She does this so instinctually by going through various modifications of each pose, so that everyone gets the benefits from the pose at their necessary level. I personally have evolved in body, mind and soul through my practice under the guidance of Glenda Wood. I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life and am grateful to Glenda because she has been an integral part of my journey to a healthier, happier me. I just hope that more people get to experience a yoga practice under her guidance. All it will take is one class to understand that she is a true healer and a very special spirit.
I am not one that ever considered Yoga. Always thought “This definitely isn’t for me or my answer”. But having so many ailments to my body and having trouble working out at the gym because of them, I decided what the heck I’ll give it a try. Bri understood my ailments and she thoughtfully planned out my sessions. She is very thorough, patient, and very motivating. She always sets a positive challenge for me and I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for me. Yoga IS changing my life for the better... Thank you Bri!

Best Yoga instructor in the history of EVER!! Shelby was SO patient and helpful as this was my 1st Yoga experience in my 42 years. I must say I was skeptical at the idea of Yoga...the typical "how can this be exercise"? BUT, Holy Majoly is it ever! It was incredible and even helped relax me at the same time it was working my body. Shelby makes sure you're doing every pose in correct form to ensure you get the best experience and best workout possible. I HIGHLY recommend Shelby at Grounded Physical Therapy!!
