This is the first stress free birthday party I've hosted in 10 years. Jen was amazing to work with from booking through the party. Lots of smiles and fun for a sing along, magic show, balloon animals and face painting. My birthday girl was star struck and is already ready to turn four so she can have another princess party. We could say enough about how wonderful Jen and our event was.
We hired Ani for our baby's 1st birthday. Ani was very pleasant and was great with the kids. The kids LOVED her. My daughter is very much into the movie Frozen and asked Ani if she could paint some of the characters from the movie. She had never painted them before but gave it a shot and they came out really good! My older daughter who is 5, begged me to hire her again for her birthday party. I met Michael last June while I was at a Spa Resort in St Helena. He was renovating several of the rooms there and I was very impressed with how beautifully he transformed the spaces. We spoke briefly and he gave me his card and explained that he also did staging, interior decorating, flowers and party planning. A few months later when I was planning a 40th birthday party I contacted him to see if he could assist. Initially I was expecting to have him decorate and maybe do some floral arrangements. We met and I explained to him that I wanted to do an open house type event, in my home where guests could drop in throughout the day. I knew I needed to maximize my space and needed a menu and some decorative help. He said he could do it all, and I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive. He said he would get back to me and to expect an email. Within two hours I had an appetizer menu, cocktail recommendations, a detailed spreadsheet with a list of supplies needed, the approximate cost and places I could go to find these items and attached images of decorating/ staging ideas that he thought would be appropriate. I quickly realized that he really knew what he was doing, so I hired him to do it all. Over the next three weeks, he was extremely conscientious in keeping me informed of his progress. The night before the event he requested a six hour window of time to work alone, to get everything set up, staged and decorated. Then he brought me in to walk thru and make sure it was all completed to my satisfaction. I have to say I was very very pleased with his work. He said he would be back the next day to put on the finishing touches. But when the guests started to arrive he began showing them in, and taking their coats. He helped make drinks, maintained the bar and buffet table and ended up staying the whole day. He was marvelous and I had the best time enjoying my own party. It was much more than I expected and I could not have done it without him. In January, I was able to hire Michael again for a company event. Annually we bring in our entire National Sales Team to meet and review our sales, new products and host a special awards dinner. This year it was held at the Clift Hotel and I wanted Michael to do all the staging and set up for it. He worked with the hotel staff and did a beautiful job decorating the entrance with lighted balloons simulating clouds (our latest development) he brought in fresh flower arrangements for the banquet room and did little arrangements with candles for the table centerpieces. He even decorated the outside balcony area and the restrooms. Our CEO and Director of Sales were impressed and asked that I bring Michael back for our Holiday event.
I hired Tiffany as a "day of" wedding coordinator. From the start Tiffany kept in touch with me, from clarifying all that needed to be done to what time I needed her and where. She was very organized, on time and did a great job with decorating the venue and setting up. She contacted my vendors within the week of my wedding, allowing me to not have to worry about things. On top of it all, she was extremely kind, which I really appreciated during a stressful time. I would recommend her to anyone needing a hand with wedding planning.
Angela was fantastic ! She arrived on time and setup neatly. Her facrpainting quality was fabulous and she also made the fussy birthday girl feel special by making her a special balloon ! Will definitely recommend her and hire her again!

David entertained my son's preschool class for his 5th birthday. The kids laughed the whole time. He is great at controlling the kids so they have fun but are not too roudy or aggressive. His show is long enough to keep their attention and fun, without burning them out. I could not be happier. On the administrative side of things, he is professional, courteous and great to work with. I highly recommend him!
Matt was the sole event designer for my wedding, and I have to say, he is one of the most talented people I have ever worked with. He was patient with me during the entire planning process, always listened to my ideas, and offered better solutions where necessary. Forsyth Designs took care of my flowers, decor orders / rentals, ceremony and reception setup, and were the first point of contact for all vendors day of. Having planned and produced so many events flawlessly, he did all of this with ease, and no task seemed to be out of his reach. Jennifer cleaned my house within an inch of its life. She cleaned it more thoroughly than it has ever been cleaned in the 13 years I’ve lived here. I told her that I was having a party for my daughter’s 16th birthday and she made this place shine. She rearranged furniture, she decorated, she put up lights outside, and she made the most amazingly beautiful cake. I can’t wait to work with her again.
Our party was at the Garden House in Los Altos. We did the first birthday party package for my sister's 50th birthday party. they came early to set up, were very professional, and very accommodating for the over 100 guests. The balloon artist was fantastic with lots of big elaborate sculptures - a big hit with the kids, especially the bow and arrows! The airbrush artist was very popular with the adults and kids, the variety of designs great. The photo booth was really fun with lots of zany costumes. Over all, a fabulous job by Daniel and his Sideshow Events.
Marianne was our florist for our wedding and EVERYTHING was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We got so many compliments with all the services she provided for us. She brought my visions to life!! She's very sweet, professional and responds to any questions or concerns promptly. My mother and I are extremely detail oriented and she did everything she could to make sure my wedding was perfect and beautiful. Marianne listened to all my thoughts and ideas and was able to give feedback and follow with other amazing ideas. I had many headaches and stressful moments planning my wedding, but I never had to stress about my flowers because I trusted her with everything and knew she was going to make things wonderful. I can't thank her enough for all the hard work she did. I recommend Marianne for not only weddings but any occasion that you need a florist!
We hired the Viking Lady character for a singing birthday telegram for one of our employees. She was a huge hit at the office and so much fun. The birthday song was even personalized for the recipient which was a nice touch. :)
We hired Limelight to decorate our wedding. They did a great job listening to what we wanted and suggesting ideas based on that. They created two backdrops for us, both of which were beautiful. They were easy to work with and friendly and set-up and broke down everything without any hassle.
Beth was a godsend for our wedding. Her flower arrangements and mirrors were so beautiful and my mother-in-law made the corsage her profile photo for everything. I received as a birthday gift one of Elaine's exceptional balloon creations. It was shipped from northern California to southern Arizona and arrived in fantastic condition. The combination of balloon color, size and shape was fabulous! The Bumble Bee was a big hit with my two year old niece. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. My daughter found them online and I now realize you can get excellent services and exquisite food at a reasonable price . Barbara kept my party idea alive when I kept waffling on whether I wanted to do it. On the day of she took care of everything, including getting to the event ridiculously early to secure a great spot, and created a beautiful space on the beach to celebrate my birthday. I rented 3 gobo lights. 2 with decorative gobos and the other for my personalized monogram. Also, rented 3 stands along with extension cords. Brian was really helpful during the whole period of time working together. I gave him information on the space and he was able to calculate the proper lens needed. Very nice and humble guy. Totally recommend his service!!
