We used Chiefs to demo and replace our driveway, and add small retaining walls and lighting. We arranged to be gone while they worked so they could have unfettered access — my wife thought this might be a bad idea since we couldn’t supervise more closely, and she was probably right. Pros: Easy to work with until they weren’t. Got a lot of updates and photos of work in progress, and overall they were pretty quick and did an ok job Cons: Finishing and clean up was poor. I felt like they may have hustled to get paid before Xmas and then never came back to finish. We ended up paying another crew to do stuff that should have been been done by Chiefs: clean up all construction debris, finish and fix texturing, fix drainage, even lay concrete where Chiefs had skipped. Chiefs asked us if we wanted them to add a pattern to the walls, and we said no..but they did it anyway, and we ended up having to have that redone as well. Overall things went from great (we have a nice driveway and it happened quickly!) to poor — we ended up paying almost $15k to have things fixed and finished

With so much work available it can be hard to find someone willing to do smaller jobs. Joshua from Chiefs visited the property in Danville, offered a competitive rate and completed the job ahead of expectation. Good quality work and he was very professional to deal with. I would use Chiefs again for concrete work.

We had a great experience with Chiefs Concrete! I attached some before and after photos. They were professional, quick, and very open in communicating the whole process. Any questions I had they were quick to answer and help with. He gave us a fair competitive price which we were happy with. Very nice guys and quality work! Josh was even as great as to let us know when we could do our handprints when that time came—my kids were so excited!
