About this pro
This review is long over due! Excellent work, he understood my vision for lighting. He worked with my budget and was an absolute pleasure to chat with. When we get to our next projects we will absolutely hire him again. I strongly recommend Majestic Electric Services.Jul 31, 2018Verified
Nasar was very pleasant and professional. He installed my light fixture with precision and expertise. I'm very satisfied with his services and will hire him again for all my electrical needsSep 21, 2016Verified
I was one of his first thumbtack jobs and he's gone way downhill. I didn't say anything when he smeared my walls and I should've. He's apologized to me twice for not warning me that he wasn't coming as planned. But then he does it again. Like "my bad" excuses it. I take off work to be here. And that's how today's disaster happened. He didn't call to warn me he wouldn't be here as planned and he came when I couldn't. He didn't bother to listen to me on the phone when I described what I wanted done because what he thought I said is not right. It's not even possible that I would've said that. I designed a circuit to work a specific way. I even pointed it out to him earlier. We talked about it at length. So he decided to just ruin it and a beautiful wall to do it without so much as a question? No call to make sure! And he ignored my texts! MY BEAUTIFUL MONDRIAN BATHROOM IS RUINED! This is not a simple patch. I'm a union plasterer. I can patch walls. This not just painted drywall but a special product. You cannot hide mistakes. This is a ruined wall. Just like many other contractors, he can't be bothered to listen or ask a question. Just like many other contractors, he doesn't show up when he said and he can't be bothered to call and warn you. Just like many contractors, he really doesn't care what a mess he leaves behind smearing up your walls. He doesn't care if you have to paint them again. There's no excuse for full handprints in the middle of a wall. Basically just another arrogant contractor who thinks anything he does is perfect because he did it. There are plenty of other electricians out there.Dec 16, 2017Verified
He is a very qualified electrician and I felt he quoted me a fair price for the project. I think he had my best interest in mind regarding the scope of the work. He is a nice guy as well. However, I believed that I would only have to paint afterward and unfortunately I had to redo a bit of the drywall patching so that it was even and blended in with the rest of the wall. (fixing mud/compound, sanding, knockdown/texturing) I'm not sure if he rushed it, was a little inexperienced with it, or what. I had zero experience, watched a handful of youtube videos and bought some stuff at Home Depot and finished it. I would use him again for electrical work but would get a better idea of what the finished project would be next time. 5 stars for his electrical work, 3 for the drywall work, averaged to 4 stars seems fair.Jun 2, 2017Verified
Very happy having chosen Majestic Electric Services. Nasar arrived promptly, was a very fast electrician. He quickly figured out the bizarre electrical problem in the garage and fixed it. He also explained to me what was wrong and why, and how he repaired it. I really appreciated learning from him. Nasar is professional, takes pride in and is dedicated to his work. I highly recommend him for your electrical issues!Jul 27, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My hourly rate is $75 per hour with a two hour minimum for smaller projects. However for larger projects I typically will provide a flat price including material costs (materials paid for by customer). I will purchase materials for customer if necessary and provide all receipts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer a telephone call if a customer is interested in my services as it allows us to build an immediate relationship. It also saves a lot of time as far as figuring out exactly what the customer needs and what I can do for them. From there we can schedule a date to meet to either start the work or for me to make an accurate estimate if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I completed my schooling at Construction Craft Training Center. There I learned to do commercial, industrial, and residential wiring according to the National Electric Code 2014 standard. All my work is up to code based on the National Fire Protection Associations strict standards.
