Marvin was fantastic. We formulated a plan of attack prior to his arrival (bought replacement garbage disposal on Amazon) and he made sure I had all the parts. His rates were reasonable and he was a neat worker — came prepared with all his own tools, bucket, padding to protect the floor, etc. He did the job quickly and took a look at a few other plumbing concerns while he was here. Marvin originally allowed a 2-hour block for the sewer clean-out, but got it done in one! A personable guy, he knows the business. He communicated clearly about other plumbing questions (the toilet flange did not need replacing), and told me what to watch out for.
