- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All clients are unique, and each shoot presents a different approach to production and budget. Once I have a full, and complete understanding of the Project, I then build a flat rate budget, taking all aspects into account.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?With my 30 + years in being a Professional, I ask specific, targeted questions so that I can create the most accurate estimate possible. I then guide my clients thru the Production process, be it a small or large shoot. I pride myself on educating my clients, as much as letting them know how fun we make our shoots!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Though 30 + years of working with a large variety of clients is most important, I also have 7 years of formal training and 2 years of being an in-house Director of Photography, overseeing a crew of 20.
