- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide quality services in a modest setting, which allow us to keep our prices much lower than the day spas in the area. We also have month-to-month memberships for people looking to save even more when they commit to self care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a guest is new to our spa, we have them fill out a health intake and go through a brief consult with their service provider to ensure that we understand their goals for their visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required by our insurance and by the California Massage Therapy Council to complete continuing education every renewal period. Most professionals I know complain about their CEs, but we massage therapists LOVE them!
