- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently charge $40/session with an option to add a friend for $30. 5 booked sessions earns a 5% discount, 10 sessions earns a 10% discount, and 20 sessions earns a 20% discount. Referrals get 3 sessions free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with an interview to find your current goals and training needs. I'll then develop an individualized program for your current status. This plan will be adjusted based on how you respond and what YOU feel. Our goal is to make as much progress as possible, while learning about the process and having fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied under some of the greatest lifters and coaches in the Bay Area, and been coached online by some of the highest result producing coaches in powerlifting. I have combined their knowledge with my own to create a unique and powerful training system that can be applied to any experience level and goal. I have been training for 13 years and played collegiate level football at Brown University. While I was there, I volunteered and studied under our strength and conditioning staff, which also vastly increased my knowledge.
