Kelsey was just excellent! i have never hired a candy buffet service in the past but i received a lot of quotes and by far, Heart for Hospitality was very competitive with their price offering. What really sold me on hiring them is her great follow up. She responded very quickly and had great ideas. I organized this event from a distance (New Jersey and party was in California) so imagine the stress but with this transaction, it was very easy and from the very beginning i felt very comfortable that she would not disappoint. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We're always willing to work with our customers to ensure their event is beautifully crafted. This does not mean you have to spend an exuberant amount of money to make this happen!! Small or Large, we can cater to your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Heart for Hospitality will initially connect with the customer, talk more about the event specifics and then create a contract and take a small non-refundable deposit to hold the date on our event calendar. Our work begins as soon as we've officially been 'hired.'
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Each one of our employees / team members have extensive experience. Whether that's professional certifications or training in the hospitality field, or floral design education, we've been there! This job is a privilege and we take it very seriously.
