Rich was AMAZING!! He brought an assistant with him, James... also great! Best idea ever was to hire a service to handle the bartending for our son's 30th birthday party as the list of guests grew to over 100!! We looked into the idea of hiring a bartender only about a week before the event. Rich spent almost an hour on the phone discussing their services and exploring our needs to confirm for us that hiring someone was the right fit. There was no doubt after the first phone call. Rich was easy to contact leading up to the party and provided a list of alcohol and amounts he recommended to suit our needs. They were well prepared and efficient. Rich made sure everyone was taken care of throughout the night of the party. Professional, respectful, and approachable!! Will definitely hire again if we have another large gathering, especially at our home. They really saved the day!!! Thank you again to Rich and James for helping us to make this event so memorable and incredibly special for everyone!!

I hired the queen Elsa entertainment for my daughters 8th birthday party of frozen and the party was a hit. The kids loved the face painting while she sang songs ,they enjoyed the magic show and balloon animals. She was great and on time!! I would definitely recommend to anyone for there event/party. Going to other people's party who had entertainment similar she by far the was best and was worth it the money I paid😁 would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Ramiro was excellent to work with! We rented tables, chairs, belly bars, dance floor, wine glasses, table cloths, etc. from him for our backyard wedding. He was extremely helpful and was great about showing all he different options. He seemed to have almost everything you needed for the event. Would definitely recommend him and use for future rentals!

I hired Haute Productions for a private cooking class for a bachelor party event, and we had the best time. Keith was an awesome teacher and host, he made the experience wonderful. Everyone had a blast and it was the best part of the entire weekend. Not to mention the fact that the food was awesome! I would highly recommend using Haute Productions for any event you may have.

Marie was fantastic to work with! She goes above and beyond as a day-of coordinator to make sure that every detail is in place. She has great organizational and soft skills, which is important when working with family members and vendors. It's apparent she loves her job and genuinely cares about her client. I would absolutely recommend Marie to anyone On the day of our wedding, our Hawaiian Ice vendor wasn't serving the ice cream we had requested (and paid extra for). When I realized this, I was about to go over and talk to the vendor but before I could even step in that direction, Marie intercepted me and said, "Don't you worry about a thing. I'll handle this." A couple minutes later every guest who wanted ice cream had some :) Marie even met us the evening before the wedding to pick up decorations so we wouldn't have to worry about taking them over the day of the event! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I'm so grateful to have found her. Our wedding wouldn't have been half as spectacular without her amazing support. Marie, thank you so much!! Laurie O.

I experienced the work of Chef Geoff Cole during a Mystery Pop-up dinner at La Marque in San Diego. Geoff had created a wonderful 4 course meal which included wild salmon wellington paired with a beautiful white sauce, a ceasar salad in a parmesan tuile, and for the entree a smoked salmon stuffed chicken breast paired with the most amazing citrus jalapeno glaze and dessert was a foie grastiramsu. Chef Geoff has wonderful stories to go with each dish which made them that much more special. The whole night was a fabulous experience with delicious food, paired wine and wonderful people. The event was intimate and created the perfect date night. I would recommend having Chef Geoff cook at any dinner party or special event.

Shannon was great! My company hired her for a community Halloween event for children and we were blown away by her talent. She was able to paint every kid's face that wanted a face painting and did an outstanding job! I have not seen better face painting.

This woman is amazing! My son got married recently. I knew the wedding would be beautiful because my daughter-in-law has wonderful taste, but at any event, there is always something that goes wrong. But I must admit, this Annemarie did such a wonderful job and literally nothing went wrong. Plus, she worked tirelessly and always had a smile. I give this woman five stars because she deserves it! When my daughter and I went searching online for someone to help with decorating her wedding reception we found Thumbtack. I typed in exactly what we were looking for and Jennifer with Peachy Keen weddings and event designs responded right away. We setup an appointment to speak with her about our ideas. Again Jennifer promptly confirmed our appointment and was right on time the morning of. She was sensitive to my daughters wants and needs, she contributed in areas we weren't quite sure of what we wanted and exceeded our expectations were we did. She was very attentive the night of the event and and was right there all night to do her best to try and keep us on schedule. Of course in all events some things don't go exactly as planned but Jennifer never complained. I was very appreciative of all her efforts to help make my daughters wedding as less stressful as possible. I would definitely recommend her and use her again in a heartbeat.

We ordered a charcuterie for 40. Tanya, the owner, came to interview us and to gather information about our event and our needs. She submitted a proposal which met all of our needs. Her proposal included food, labor, disposables, and rentals. She recommended a. Vendor for centerpieces that were hand made, and stunning. When rain was predicted for day of event, she came to our home day prior to event to help us set up an indoor event as opposed to an outdoor one. On day of event she picked up a cake that was outside of her scope of work. She showed up promptly and had food beautifully displayed by time event started. She stayed through event helping to replenish buffet and serve Champagne and cake. She stored left over food and cleaned up kitchen and moved rentals out of house at end of event. She was professional and treated all our guests with great respect. She provided a stress free event for me, and exceeded my expectations. She was excellent at sourcing food, vendors, and at providing suggestions. I will use her again, and just today recommended her to a local business owner who hosts private events.

Kelsey was just excellent! i have never hired a candy buffet service in the past but i received a lot of quotes and by far, Heart for Hospitality was very competitive with their price offering. What really sold me on hiring them is her great follow up. She responded very quickly and had great ideas. I organized this event from a distance (New Jersey and party was in California) so imagine the stress but with this transaction, it was very easy and from the very beginning i felt very comfortable that she would not disappoint. I was right ! she exceeded my expectations! Hire them for your next event! You wont be sorry!

Being a professional musician who plays for countless weddings, private parties, and corporate events, I've seen my fair share of soirees. Kelly's stand out to me because she puts herself into every event she throws. It is obvious that she has a passion and delight for what she creates. Artist-event planner: She is first and foremost an artist, and thus every party of her's becomes a work of art, sparkling with those clever, delightful, novel details that make one giddy like a child, and bring one into the present moment. These events are visions that are tailor-made from imagination, not canned. This 1920's themed party was a portal to another era where, because of our surroundings, we couldn't help but find ourselves playing in character. The decorations, table settings, poetically dripping candleabras, classic cocktails, cigars, 1920s murder mystery game, the antique frame to capture pictures inside of, and of course Kelly's hostess with the mostess charm and orchestration all evoked my inner Gatsby. We seek to party because we seek to become both transported and present; Kelly's events have a bit of magic to them, where you come home feeling like you went somewhere extraordinary, and that while you were there, you were there the whole time. I needed a Wedding Coordinator to decorate the reception venue on the day of the wedding since I wasn’t going to have time to do so, Valentina contacted me and from her initial email I knew she was perfect! Her email stood out from others due to her professionalism and well thought out questions, she came off as someone that knew what the job entailed and asked all the right questions. The wedding was 5 months away Valentina kept in touch and as the date draw closer scheduled a meeting to go over the details meeting her in person just solidified my decision. Throughout the months Valentina made sure to very politely keep in touch with me always offering to help in anything needed despite the fact that I had only hired her for the day of. In the few days before the wedding she contacted me to check on last details, 3 days before the wedding I had to completely change the lay-out and was in constant communication with her for the next 2 days. Valentina went above and beyond to make our day perfect, I really never did worry about the reception decoration because she was in charge she gave me such peace of mind it was really great to be able to trust someone so much and not have to worry. The day came and she did an absolutely great job, she got to the venue early, set up the tables, décor, managed the florist and arrangements, deliveries, picked up a cake, greeted our guests and announced our entrance. Valentina was absolutely amazing and wedding coordination is really her calling, she had great taste decorating the cake table, gift table, everything looked beautiful. She added a few flowers to the cake and sent me a picture for approval it was so classy and beautiful and something I hadn’t thought of. Valentina was a joy to work with, always professional, kind and willing to do a great job she was my best vendor and I’m so grateful for her she saved me a lot of stress and did a great job my guests were blown way and are still talking about how beautiful the reception was. I’m a Project Planner by profession and looked forward to planning my own wedding which was fun, but I would not hesitate to hire Valentina and just let her plan and execute the entire event, in fact had I known her earlier I probably would just have hired and let her design and manage it.
