Markshane is one of the most dedicated and motivated people I have had the pleasure of meeting. He is dedicated to his profession and to assisting others in achieving their goals. I have had trainers before. However, never one like Megan, who cares beyond the workout. Her overall wellness lifestyle is motivating and inspirational. Her classes are filled with support and drive. I like that she is not a pushover or a Drill Sargent. Most of all she knows her stuff. She is always reading and learning, adding more credentials to her resume...and keep classes fresh and different. What she has created is a community of wellness with her blog, videos, and app. I would recommend Megan to anyone who wants to make a positive change in their life.

I have been training with Johanna Godinez now for almost 3 years and I can honestly say I am WAYY better shape than I have ever been in my life. Brittany is very good about keeping her clients motivated and on track with meal suggestions and challenging workouts. Every session has been high in quality; she arrives on time with her own equipment, ready to train and determined to help me reach my fitness goal. What I particularly like about BrittFit is that she is quick to respond whenever I have conflicts with scheduling, and that she provides a very personalized workout routine with proper form. Given my past injuries, Brittany accommodates my body's movements and physical limitations with modified workouts that are challenging, but not impossible to complete. I did a 2 week trial with Adam, and in just those 2 weeks I could feel a difference in my body. The Workouts he had me doing were great! From rope slams, Trx cables and Bear crawls, Adam had me doing everything I needed to be loosing fat and gain muscle. He also recommends a dietary plan. This was great, he provided a shopping list and snacks that I should eat during the workouts to get the best results. Adam is a great trainer and he knows his stuff! i would highly recommend anyone who is trying to live a healthier lifestyle to get in touch with Adam.
Mirko is a professional coach, he follows you in every steps of the training, from the diet to the exercises. I'm not a 'yoga person' but I found Marjorie's Costa Retreat fabulous for so many reasons - her style and encouragement, the group of really interesting women who were there, and my take away: a healthier lifestyle. I continued to work with Marjorie afterwards, to learn more about nutrition and what is right for me to be eating at this stage in my life (over 65). I love what I learned. I eat better, feel better and am looking forward to healthier living. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Lauren is fantastic. Lauren has helped me train to reach personal goals, to run ultra distances, endurance events, OCRs, biking, and just general wellness. Lauren has coached me through weight training, strengthening and even injury. I am trying to reach a goal of being able to squat my own body weight. Lauren has worked closely with me on this goal and I have been making significant improvements. I’m also a runner and was battling some knee pain due to a muscle imbalance. Lauren helped identify the problem and set me up with a strengthening program that worked wonders. My knee is feeling great now and I was able to go from running a half marathon to running my first 50k and being able to self identify as an ultra runner under her guidance. Lauren is great at explaining not only what to do but why and how it relates to specific anatomy and physiology.
AJ is a great coach and knows what he is doing. He is patient and really takes the time to go over movements with you to make sure you are doing them right. He also pushes you to go beyond what you think you can do.
I found Maggie through a Google search and was attracted to the idea of working out outside. What a breath of fresh air... my morning workouts, on the beach, with Maggie have been truly transformative. I am stronger, healthier, and through effort and Maggie's amazing encouragement and direction I'm evolving from couch potato to athlete. I have worked with a number of personal trainers and none have proved more effective or knowledgeable than Hannah. My original goal was to cut body fat; however, with her expert diet recommendations and personalized training sessions I was actually able to add lean muscle mass to my frame while cutting the stubborn body fat around my midsection. It's amazing how quickly the results began to show as friends and colleagues noticed and complimented my transformation. Since working with Hannah I have lost about 25 pounds of stubborn body fat that I was unable to lose since college.
