Extremely happy with service of Done for You Assembly and Moving. The guys were so easy to work with, arrived early, very cool and hard working. We had Duane and his colleague off load 3 16ft pods into the house during construction and they made it happen. Thanks again!

Duane was a life saver! He helped out my boyfriend and I with our move from Woodland Hills to Irvine. I called him on the morning of the move and he was ready to go within such short notice. I hired Duane to disassemble and move an elliptical machine down to my garage. He did an excellent job! He was courteous, professional, and very easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about him! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to have items that are awkward and/or heavy to be moved!

Duane was on-time and very kind! He hauled the treadmill pieces up the the 3rd story condo and assembled it in the room it is to be used in. Definitely would look to him for heavy lifting or assembly needs in the future.

Duane and his team were prompt to respond to my last minute removal of a large couch. They took it down three levels and didn’t scratch the walls or knock anything over. The job took just a few minutes and it was quite seamless. They finished a few minutes prior to my delivery of furniture that was installed in the same place. Duane and his team were punctual and he sent me a reminder text in the morning. Wonderful work! I will be using him in the future!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We negotiate price which gives us a lot of competition. Our main concern is keeping our customers..not running them off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our typical process first starts out with trying to assess our customers needs/wants. We have a one-on-one conversation with our customers by phone first. Once we know the details( Dimensions, size of home, pictures, furniture being moved..etc), the next thing is getting the job done!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?It was the day I first moved my wife and I two bedroom two bath apartment. I never griped so much in my life lol. I was just tired and clocked out from work. But I've always been a physical person. Thats when I thought to myself.."Hey! I'm really good at this." Although I had to tweak a few things, I realized that helping people adjust into their new or existing home was something I wanted to do.
