Commercial Painting did an excellent exterior paint job for my home, stain + sealant of a redwood pergola. Our pergola is 5 years old, a lot of aging because it was not protected. Luis gave me a quote reasonably priced and put me on a schedule as soon as I confirmed. The company was systematic and they started and completed the job as outlined. The job included power washing, which by the way already helped A LOT removing the dirt on the surface. Luis then carefully sanded down to prep the surface before painting. He and his teamed tidied up everything after they were done.
