Duan provided very quick service, working around my frequently travel-complicated schedule, and was very good following up, including automatically filing an extension for me. While a bit more expensive than others on Thumbtack, I believe you get what you pay for and am very happy with her service.

Duan and I have not started officially working yet due to this season being a tax filing season, however - so far, she has been Outstanding!! She came through with every one of her commitments and communicated when technology failed us. We have an agreement to start our official working relationship on the 20th of this month.
