I had a positive experience with this groomer. It was my first time choosing a mobile groomer for my long haired cat who had a lot of matting and I asked for a full grooming service and shaving of the fur and he did exactly that. My cat has bad anxiety and doesn’t do well with strangers but he did his best to accommodate him and make the experience as enjoyable as possible for my cat. On top of this, he responded fast and efficiently and I will definitely be choosing him again!

Gerson did a fantastic job grooming our two older dogs. He was kind and patient with them and spent hours making them look perfect. The whole process was easy and this company is very communicative. Great value overall and we will certainly book with Petswell again.

Gerson and the PetsWell team did an amazing job with Annie! We had to go a couple rounds to get timing sorted, but the team was incredibly communicative and prompt with helping get situated. Annie has cataracts in both eyes and a head tilt, so she was ineligible to continue going to the grooming salon we had been taking her to for years. Now, to have a care team that will be kind and gentle to our sweet girl gives us such peace of mind.

We were thrilled with the job Gerson did with our puppy Teddy! We’ve never had a poodle before and had no clue about grooming- Gerson came over and turned Teddy into a new puppy- absolutely adorable! Gerson was very polite, kind and gentle with Teddy and made us feel at ease. For Teddy’s next grooming, we know who to call!

We had a great experience with PetsWell Mobile Grooming. Gerson's patience and gentle demeanor with our dog immediately put us at ease. He was patient enough to wait until our dog was comfortable to walk into the grooming van on his own accord. One of the most remarkable aspects of this grooming service was how attentively Gerson listened to our specific requirements.
