Octavo L. cant be beat! He came to our home gave us an estimate of services and ideas and suggestions on how to improve the project. He repaired drywall damage, cut and replaced tile damage with laminate flooring, removed and replaced carpet in closet, living room and dining room and replaced with laminate flooring as well. Removed and replace baseboards and also painted them. We are so pleased with our new flooring and the price was right!

Octavio worked on 3 projects for us: 1. Replaced warped wood fence horizontal boards, removed 2 rotted fence post, sanded and applied sealant to new wood fence including fence panels. All was done in 2 days as scoped and on time. Professional finish and did all the clean up. 2. Cement foundation to be used for outdoor shed. Octavio was careful to dig up the dirt to ensure that underground sprinkler and electrical lines were protected. Foundation was completed in one day. Cleaned up after work. 3. Built cement and paver foundation around shed area and lined hard to access area along fence with small rocks. Highly recommend Octavio. Not the lowest bidder for the jobs, but for the quality and professional results, it's very much worth it. Having been through a house construction, we did not want to roll the dice with the lower bids and risk the aggravation. Octavio delivers professional, quality results, cleans up after his work, very responsive, focuses on getting the job done...not dragging things out.

Octavio did a great job repairing a bowed fence, the waterfall edge of our dining table, and drywalling some bubbling and cracks in our master closet. He was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely hire Octavio again.
