Personal training sessions are 1 hour in length, and are serviced at client’s choice of location within the driving range of KICK WITH KELLY (between Burlingame and Palo Alto). Most clients either train at their house, home gym, apartment gym, or at a local park. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by getting to know the client and really trying to understand their goals and motivation for seeking a personal trainer. Once we have established what the client needs, I then break down a sustainable path forward, and prepare them for what that can look like depending on the client's time and ability. I prioritize safe workouts with proper form to protect all of my clients from preventable injuries, and look for ways to create fun, engaging, and challenging training sessions to assist my customers in reaching their goals in a way that they can maintain long-term.

My qualifications include: - National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) - National Academy of Sports Medicine Weight Loss Specialist (NASM-WLS) - CPR/AED Certified - Dual Major in Business Management/Marketing at the University of Texas at Arlington
