Kelly is AWESOME!!! I’d never had a personal trainer before and she exceeded my expectations. She really focuses on what you want out of workouts and is so fun to work with. She makes working out not feel like a chore! Because we worked together in the pandemic, she goes above and beyond to ensure cleanliness and her flexibility was so helpful in such a crazy time. As i’m transitioning into a move back to Europe, I wish I could take her with me - I will miss working with her.

Personal Training

Kelly's exercises have really helped me get stronger. Before I started working with Kelly my legs weren't that strong but now I can walk more easily. Her exercises work for your whole body and she can adapt them to your personal abilities.

My 15-year old has been training with Kelly for almost a year. When he started, he did not have any experience in weight or boot camp training . Kelly has not only been incredibly patient In helping him build these skills over time as he is ready, but has also made it fun. He looks forward to 2x weekly sessions, but has now acquired a passion for fitness and skills that will last a lifetime.

After years of no exercise and working a desk job, I struggled with muscle discomfort/tightness. I was looking for a professional to help me get back on track, assist with regaining my flexibility, and boosting my energy level. Even though I hired Kelly just a few months ago, she has already helped me! Kelly understands how to motivate me and keeps me on track, and knows what exercises to do to fix some of the issues I have been facing (shoulder and back discomfort). I am very happy I started training with Kelly, and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer that is professional, timely, motivational, and knowledgeable.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always start by getting to know the client and really trying to understand their goals and motivation for seeking a personal trainer. Once we have established what the client needs, I then break down a sustainable path forward, and prepare them for what that can look like depending on the client's time and ability. I prioritize safe workouts with proper form to protect all of my clients from preventable injuries, and look for ways to create fun, engaging, and challenging training sessions to assist my customers in reaching their goals in a way that they can maintain long-term.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My qualifications include: - National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) - National Academy of Sports Medicine Weight Loss Specialist (NASM-WLS) - CPR/AED Certified - Dual Major in Business Management/Marketing at the University of Texas at Arlington
