I gave a retirement party 10/31and I ordered smoked chicken and smoked ham. Everyone was ranting and raving about it during the party. The presentation was great as well as the taste. I will definitely hire him again! He is good at what he does!

Chef Bama is the real deal. He makes really good food. I had a unique request that he accepted immediately. I wanted to propose to my fiancée on a hike and have him up there with our steak dinner ready and he was up for it. Very accommodating, charming and yummy tasting. Highly recommended.

Chef Bama contacted quickly and efficiently and made excellent suggestions on the menu. He arrived on time for delivery. My guests including myself raved about how good his cooking was. I definitely would recommend him to others. The only problem I had was when I learned that he actually did NOT have a restaurant to actually go to to enjoy his cooking more often. MB one day??? Ty again.
