Introduction: I started my legal career in New York as a public defender and then went on to complex Federal white collar crime defense. However, for the last 10 years I have been concentrating on personal injury. I use extensive expert testimony, over 1500 hours in the courtroom, and extensive research to maximize each clients recovery. While I handle a variety of cases, I specialize in cases which are so severe that they require extensive proof of past, present, and future Medical cost. Additionally, pain and suffering and loss of Consortium, among other theories of recovery, are employed to make sure not only my client but the client's family has peace of mind going forward after a catastrophic injury to a loved one.
