Was the best massage I have ever had. She is great. Very professional. The right amount of pressure. She is genuine and a very nice person. Great to talk with. Highly experienced. Her studio is easy to find. Very clean. Can’t recommend anyone any more than Michelle. I went in for a morning 1.5 hour and feel great. I will make every effort to go back to see her. Best of the best.

Michelle is amazing. I mean, really, truly wonderful. I was so stressed out, trying to find an educated, capable, experienced, certified masseuse for a medical massage for my Dad. He was just released from the hospital after a 6 1/2 month stay and, at present, is still unable to walk. He is in a lot of pain, has very specific parts of the body that hurt, and has been fighting to heal a severe deep pressure wound now for months. It was so important to me to try to find someone who could not only get him to relax and make him feel better, but also who could possibly help explain to us what muscles were actually hurting, what we could do to help heal them, what to avoid in the future to stop further injury, and who would focus not just on the physical aspects of healing, but also on the spiritual and emotional ones as well. On top of everything else, my Dad is a 73 year old Vietnam Vet w/ severe anxiety and PTSD, and doesn't always respond well to people. I knew I was asking a LOT of whoever I hired, and honestly, after talking to multiple professionals who told me they couldn't give me what I needed, I almost gave up. The first few messages with Michelle were like a breathe of fresh air. I went into great detail about our situation and what I was looking for, and after asking me multiple questions to confirm everything on her end, she told me that she would not only be capable of executing what we needed, but that she'd had a lot of experience working with those in our exact situation. She made me feel at ease, and her quick responsiveness each time I reached out to her made it easy to trust and depend on her. She was 10 mins early the day of, and brought everything she needed w/ her. She has wonderful, positive, calming and kind energy that is SO IMPORTANT to me, and that I feel is crucial for a healing environment. She worked even longer than the 90 minutes we'd agreed on - never looking at the clock once, which I hate - and gave me a full breakdown of everything she did afterwards - what was up with my Dad, his body, and her decisions and treatment of it. The cherry on top was that my Dad loved her, not only b/c she alleviated a lot of his pain after only one session, but also b/c of the person that she is, and how much he enjoyed her company. We've decided to work with her on a weekly basis because she is that good, and has helped him tremendously in his recovery. I can not recommend Michelle enough to anyone looking for a true professional, to help heal your mind, body, and spirit. She's great.

Michelle re confirmed several hours before the appt, showed up on time to get set up and start at 12 on the dot which was my appt time. I found her massage to be both healing and very relaxing and will likely work with her again.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$125-$150 /1 hour 〰️ $150-$175/90 minutes If you need, I can do 2-8 hrs as well. Additional person is $100 an hour. The $25 is for gas and travel. For me to travel long distance prices may range! •In “Studio” massages $80/60 min and $120/90 min. Anything longer I can do 2-8 hrs as well

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I provide everything from massage table, sheets, oils & creams, clocks, eye cover, massage stool & music! •First I get all my clients intake like injuries & medical background etc… anything that I may need to know about before I work on clients. When clients are ready for me to perform modalities I ground in, then it’s hands on clients. For 90 minute massages in prone position (face down) I start with palm pressing up and down the body to see where tight areas are. Then I focus in on those areas that need treatment for recovery, or relaxing. When massage is over I walk to the next room while they dress.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

2004-2005 I started massage school, plus herbology, nutrition at Natural Healing Institutes in Encinitas. In 2017 I started a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification at the Soul Of Yoga in Encinitas. Then I went back to massage school to catch up on education in 2021 at National Holistic Institute in Santa Ana to take massage & science of the body core program. Currently taking advanced neuromuscular Therapy made by Dr’s for Dr’s! I love school, I could be a professional student.
